I have two questions.
​Number one:
​Why are election officials, namely Evnen [NE SoS] and Wiltgen [county election commissioner], spending so much time and tax-payer money trying to convince the public that our elections are secure and accurate?? Why??​

Because it is self-evident that they are NOT secure and accurate. The process is conducted, for the most part, in secret, with secret software, secret hardware, and secret living/breathing voter rolls, all of which are controlled by a secret private company with financial motives of their own.

There is only one reason for such secrecy—and that is FRAUD. 

There is only one reason why We the People are not allowed to verify the means by which WE choose OUR representatives—and that is FRAUD. There is no other reason. NONE.

All Evnen and Wiltgen are doing is trying to gaslight Nebraskans into trusting them, contrary to our motto which is that the salvation of the state is NOT trust, but watchfulness.

Number 2:
Why is government spending so much time and taxpayer money trying to get people to vote???

Government's job is not to electioneer.

Government's job is simply to facilitate the voting process.

Government's job is to register people to vote who want to vote, and keep a clean and transparent list of voters for any given jurisdiction.

Then government's job is to publish a notice about when the next election will take place.

And then government's job is to ensure a process that keeps track of everyone who votes. And that list should be readily and freely available to all citizens.

Then government's job is ensure a process of *counting those votes that is transparent and verifiable by the People at the place where the votes are cast.

So again, why is government spending so much time and taxpayer money trying to get people to vote??

I'll tell you why. The more votes they have to work with, in a nontransparent and unverifiable process, the easier it is to manipulate the results without drawing attention to yourself. We have to start thinking.

Clay Parikh, a cyber ​security expert ​and expert court witness ​on EVMs—electronic voting machines—who has spent a number of years conduct​ing security tests on vendor voting systems​ dropped this in my inbox this morning. This morning.

For the record, quoting, for the record, “Nebraska is in the same bad shape as ​other states. ES&S runs everything (voter rolls and machines). You are overcharged, and getting ripped off. Your Secretary of State and county sites aren't transparent. Your election laws are convoluted.” That’s an understatement.

​Clay says it took him, when he was in the testing business on these EVMs—electronic voting machines—on average, it took him five to ten minutes to hack a voting machine.

Just a reminder that YOU are guilty of financing a SCAM.
A HUGE scam.

Of course, who needs hackers when the private company providing the computerized “voting” machines (ES&S) builds a backdoor into every machine so they can manipulate election results directly.

Request for Action
Our Legislature’s Government, Military and Veterans Affairs Committee is conducting a hearing on Thursday at 930 am. The hearing is “to determine to what extent, if any, there is a necessity ‘to bolster election security’ in the State of Nebraska.” See below.

Say what???
“to bolster election security”???
What election security??? There is no election security, at least not any that is citizen-facing, and that’s the only kind that counts.

Elections belong to the People, not to government, and not to private corporations.

They can talk (and legislate) election security until they are blue in the face, but until We the People have full transparency and verifiability, there is no election security that matters.

Now then, the only people allowed to testify at this hearing are “election” officials. (That says it all right there.) The public is not allowed to speak, except by online comment.

SO….

The deadline to submit and verify a comment for the hearing record for LR357 is Thursday, September 19, 2024 at 8:00 AM Central Time.

My request is this: Can we come together and dump an avalanche of comments on this Committee before the end of tomorrow (Wed 9/18)?? (Preferably right after you read this, so you don’t get distracted and forget??)

Here’s what I am going to send. Feel free to copy and paste, or write your own.

Public Servants,

Elections belong to We the People. Not to government. And not to some secret private corporation. 

The only kind of "election security" that matters is the kind that is public-facing.

Unless THE PEOPLE are able to verify election results, there is no "election security" and the peaceful transfer of power breaks down.

The only place for secrecy in elections is in completing our ballots.

Secrecy anywhere else is ANTITHETICAL to "election security." 

So is trust, which Evnen continually tries to gaslight us into doing.  But trust is NOT the Salvation of the State (nor of our elections), WATCHFULNESS IN THE CITIZEN IS.

Secrecy and trust only allow for the subversion of our elections. 

If Evnen were an honest man, he would be transparent and allow for citizen watchfulness, but he refuses.

He also refuses to meet with cyber security experts in the field of computerized “elections.”

There can only be one reason for Evnen's obstinate attitude and tyrannical control over our "elections," he has been compromised into protecting election FRAUD. (And anyone who supports him is complicit.)

Government’s only job in elections is to facilitate a process that is transparent and verifiable by the People at the precinct level. 

We the People want our elections back.

We want the PEACEFUL means back by which We verifiably choose OUR representatives. 

We want our GOD-GIVEN right back to verifiably give and withhold “CONSENT," per the Declaration of Independence and our State Constitution. 

We the People retain rights and powers. 

Honest and verifiable elections are the PEACEFUL means by which we protect all our other rights.

Article I-1.
Statement of rights.
All persons are by nature free and independent, and have certain inherent and inalienable rights . . . AND SUCH RIGHTS SHALL NOT BE DENIED OR INFRINGED BY THE STATE OR ANY SUBDIVISION THEREOF. To secure these rights, and the protection of property, governments are instituted among people, deriving their just powers from the CONSENT of the governed.

Article I-22.
Elections to be free; identification required.
(1) All elections shall be free; and THERE SHALL BE NO HINDRANCE OR IMPEDIMENT TO THE RIGHT of a qualified voter TO EXERCISE THE (FULL) ELECTIVE FRANCHISE (OF BOTH CASTING AND COUNTING VOTES). 

Article I-26.
Powers retained by people.
This enumeration of rights shall not be construed to impair or deny others, retained by the people, and all powers not herein delegated, remain with the people.

Declaration of Independence
Whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it...
