Lots more to share, that I’ll save for tomorrow or the next day . . . for now, I just want to share what I fired off a few minutes ago to every branch and level of Nebraska “government.” See below.

Subject: Nebraska’s elections are a shit show
Dear Friends,
Nebraska elections are a complete shit show, and every thinking person knows it.
ES&S can and does manipulate election results however they choose because Nebraska legislators have refused to build any safeguards into the process for securing verifiably honest results. SoS Evnen and his bureaucrat sidekick Bena lie through their teeth about the security of our elections. They are all talk and no show.
Legislators (who can't verify their own "election") are happy to have their coveted piece of the power pie in their pursuit for self-esteem. They don't give a damn about our Constitution or the rights of We the People.
Only in America will we stop a football game, drag out measuring chains and look at a play 15 times from 6 different angles to make sure the right call was made, but refuse to verify the integrity of an election of the highest office in the land, or any other election in the land.
This is criminal maladministration of government at the most basic level.
Thinking People call it treason. There is more than one way to levy war against a state. It doesn't require bullets or cannon balls.

Now even though a government body could be committing an outright crime, it isn't officially called a crime until it's official - it's called a tort. You serve them in order to force them to listen. You're not serving them during this public comment section of their meeting, I just do this because I'm trying to show the proverbial John Doe with YouTube recordings and encourage "him" he can do meaningful things as a "Lone Ranger" (that dates me to be over age 50).
The state (Nebraska) can only be served this specific type of Notice if the remedy being demanded is monetary, but the "lower" levels of government bodies don't have that restriction. The state has an official form, but counties often are just served with a freeform hardcopy notice delivered to the county clerk. The official purpose of a Notice Of Tort Claim is to avoid, if possible, a court case, so it is a mandatory step before litigation.
