I’ve submitted several formal public records requests since the recent Primary in an attempt to verify the “results.”

Every request was stamped “DENIED” and returned. EVERY request. What are they hiding?

The AG and SoS both signed off on the "results," but neither one can point to a speck of evidence of their veracity. Nor can the state auditor, whom you would expect would have a natural proclivity for such things. (All three signed the canvassing report, along with Ricketts and Murante.)

For the record, the inability to verify the results constitutes maladministration of our elections. It’s a serious matter.

2 who are the real nominees?
How can we have valid “nominees,” when they can’t verify the results? We can’t.

The new state Party chair was elected last Saturday (July 9th) by a manual count of handwritten (write-in) votes on paper ballots. And each candidate was asked to choose a person to monitor/verify the hand count. (Lindell talks, in one of the videos below, about France hand-counting 70 million ballots in one day.)

3 words are weapons
Since we didn’t make much progress on Resolutions at the State Convention, it would be nice if all of our Counties could start passing Resolutions that call for rejecting…
1) the results of 2020;
2) the results of every “election” since then (since nothing about the process has changed); and
3) further use of black box vote-counting machines.

Why our Counties? Because our Counties are the actual owners of our elections. The State shouldn’t be counting our votes, nor any of their vendors. Our Counties should be counting our votes…transparently.

4 personal injury
We the People have suffered economically and in other tangible ways, as a direct result of the maladministration of our elections. This suffering constitutes personal injury. The lawsuits will be flying before this is over. Evnen’s bond should be pulled, and worse.
