ne democrats slobber all over our corrupt "republican" secretary of state
plus a letter to the state auditor and a word from mark finchem
Dear Friends,
Before I get to the three topics above, let me first say that we’re not going to win the war for real elections this year. Our Legislature has been captured. So has ever other in the country.
Don’t lose heart.
We are, however, going to win the war for the hearts and minds of the People (80%+) this year, by showing them that our elections have been a complete charade. (The evidence will come out from forces higher up.)
Once we do that, then we can begin to work on instituting real elections again. (Not that anything we’re presently doing to secure real elections should be put on hold. Keep reading.)
I base the above prediction on several things. The hard work of lots of Patriots. Hours of confidential conversations with major players. And answers like the one below that Juan gave to this question, “Are we going to have a general election this year?” Click the image, scroll down to the video, and move the video timeline to 1:14:15 to hear the question and answer.
This suggestion (that you listen to Juan’s answer) doesn’t come lightly. Juan is heavily involved in a Coalition I’m a member of.
Now then, all of that said, we are NOT going to win this war UNLESS we all keep fighting (and praying). We’ve lounged enough in the past. We’re now at war. We all have to do our part.
God is in control, but, His actions depend on our actions. Read Deut 28.
democrats are in love with bob evnen
That should be a clue to all patriotic Nebraskans about the kind of “elections” we are having here in NE.
Why do democrats love Evnen so much? Because he lets them ballot harvest and cheat.
All day long.
If you don’t believe democrats are in love with Evnen and his so-called “voting system,” read the three articles below (click images), or read my comments below each image:
One of this article’s subtitles reads: “A need for trust”
NO. A thousand times NO. Government can’t ever be trusted. The salvation of the state is WATCHFULNESS in the citizen, NOT trust.
Quoting from this article: “Attacks on mail ballots are red herrings to distract from their true intent — making it harder for citizens to vote, and sowing distrust in our elections,” Smith Warner said.
Again, there’s that idea that we should trust in our elections. How idiotic.
The article also contains the idiotic notion that it’s hard for citizens to vote.
“best practices”??? Gag.
Quoting: ”No credible evidence exists to verify or even suggest that we are in the throes of election scandals, interference or fraud. Witnesses can line up to say otherwise, but without proof of a problem or even a potential problem, legislating as if our voting systems are defective is flat-out wrong. The premise is based on a lie, a whole cloth one at that, one now sadly resistant to reason, facts and the light of truth.”
Where’s the proof there’s no fraud??????
Quoting again: “In an election, obviously, someone always loses. That calculus is part of every political campaign, every primary and general election and every result after the ballots have been cast and counted. The forced furor over the 2020 election and beyond notwithstanding, no credible documentation exists that the systems we use to choose our leaders are faulty and therefore cannot be trusted.”
There’s that idiotic idea again that our elections should be trusted. How many times do I have to repeat: The salvation of the state isn’t trust in the citizen, but watchfulness. Democrats and RINOs (actually the Uniparty) are becoming worn out gaslighters. They suck.
Moving on.
a letter to the state auditor
I recently learned, by listening to a presentation by Mr. Foley, that he is technically not the “state auditor,” but the Auditor of Public Accounts. That includes ALL public accounts in the state, not just state government level accounts.
So I sent him the following letter yesterday, inspired by Mark Finchem:
Dear Mr. Foley,
Overview
According to Nebraska Revised Statute 84-304 (cited below), your authority extends to "expenditures of all state officers."
According to Nebraska Revised Statutes 32-1201 & 1202 (also cited below), the cost of elections is a county expense.
The Secretary’s office has usurped that county responsibility, and the right of county voters to self-government and watchfulness in their elections that goes with it. The Secretary’s office has deprived county voters of ownership of their elections and robbed them of their voice where it matters most.
I am therefore hereby requesting that you investigate the misuse of state funds by the Secretary of State's office.
Details and Argument
The Secretary of State's office is spending tens of millions of dollars in state funds to force the following upon Nebraska’s 93 counties (in violation of 32-1201 & 1202):
-secret-software tabulators
-tabulator secret programming updates and maintenance
-tabulator accessories
-online voter roll infrastructure, management and maintenance
-reporting software
-etc
In so doing, our Secretary’s office is imposing upon our counties a centralized, statewide, private software “voting system” that “counts” votes in secret and offers no transparency, watchfulness or verifiability to voters.
Not good for checks and balances.
This “voting system” does not allow for citizen watchfulness where it matters most: in our all-precious vote-counts and voter rolls. (The Secretary's office refuses to provide a list of everyone who votes in a given election so we can reconcile the number of votes with a list of voters).
The Secretary’s office has forgotten who they work for. They don’t work for ES&S and Mike McCarthy (owner). They work for us.
The Secretary’s job is to protect and preserve the integrity and secrecy of our vote and the transparency and verifiability of our vote-count.
In our constitutional republic, our individual and collective vote is the most important thing we have for sustaining “liberty and justice for all.”
The Secretary's office has put that "liberty and justice for all" in grave danger, by barring citizens from watchfulness in their/our elections.
The Salvation of the State is Watchfulness in the Citizen, especially during elections.
If trying to overthrow a government is treason, then trying to overthrow the Consent by which government is (supposed to be) instituted is also treason. Likewise with overthrowing watchfulness in the making of that Consent.
Without transparency we must assume the Secretary’s office is overthrowing our Consent and substituting the will of bad actors in its place.
I hope you see fit to help us out, Mr. Foley.
Robert J. Borer
P.S. Secret software “voting systems” were created for the express purpose of cheating. The Secretary's usurpation of county elections and installation of a very expensive computerized "voting system" steals wealth and redistributes it.

Also from Mark Finchem, in response to LB1390:
closing
That’s all for now.
FYI. I find my shelter beneath the shadow of the Almighty (through prayer).
I hope you do, too.
A day in His presence is better than a thousand without. I would rather be a door keeper in His courts than to dwell in the tents of wickedness at ease. (Psa 84:10)
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. (Psa 91:1)
But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. (Isa 40:31)
May God bless, guide, and strengthen you in this fight,

Corrected word omission (to):
Now then, all of that said, we are NOT going to win this war UNLESS we all keep fighting (and praying).
Always, the DETAILS matter. Excellent focus here, keep it up Bob!
