Dear Friends,
I just sent the letter below. It was sent as you see it. In other words, I addressed it to my local county commissioners (Lancaster), but blind-copied everyone else in the state that has anything to do with elections, namely, members of the Legislature, county election clerks and commissioners, Pillen and Hilgers. (I did NOT include the SoS. Sometimes I like to keep him wondering about what I’m doing. If you’d like to help “wake him up,” you can forward this to him at: sos.elect@nebraska.gov . It would be great if he got a thousand copies of this).
Before you read the letter, I think it works better if you listen to my Public Comment first. It should start at 27:15. If it doesn’t, just slide the progress bar forward. Others testified after me. You can also listen to them now or come back after reading the letter below.
Here’s the letter:
Dear Commissioners,
I wanted to fill you in on Bennie Smith and Michelle Long Spears, since I had only a minute left during Public Comment to talk about their stories.
(For those who did not see my 5 min testimony, you can find it here, starting at 27:15.)
Bennie Smith, a Democrat, software engineer and election commissioner in Shelby Co, TN, was approached by a couple of Republicans after a recent election. They asserted that their races had been stolen. He thought they were crazy, but he had enough integrity to want to prove them wrong, by being transparent.
So he opened the machines, and much to his dismay, he found out he was the one who was wrong. Those complaining Republicans were right after all.
Bennie discovered that the software in the machines has a feature that allows votes to be counted as fractions. What that means is that a single bad actor can assign a certain percentage of the overall vote to each candidate in a given race and the computerized tabulator/s will take care of the rest. The winner will get whatever percentage of the vote over 50% that is assigned to him or her (assuming a two person race). Of course, the bad actor will generally be careful to make sure the winner wins by at least the margin required to avoid a recount.
After fixing those stolen elections, Bennie was accused by fellow Democrats of helping Republicans. His response was, "I'm not trying to help Republicans, I'm trying to save the Republic."
If we don't have fair elections, we don't have anything. Millions and billions and trillions of dollars hang on elections, depending on the level of "government." Nevermind the infringements to our rights and liberties.
Again, in a conference call with Bennie that I participated in, I asked him how ubiquitous or common he thought this software feature was. I assumed it was everywhere given the total lack of transparency (which only means they are hiding something).
He confirmed my position without hesitation. I knew he would. It's an easy question to answer when you know how the few voting machine companies that exist evolved out of each other.
Bob Urosevich, out of Omaha, is the one common link. His history is very well documented in this article.
Back to Benny. You can find him here.
The shortest video on that page is a little over 5 minutes. In it, he models fraction magic vote-counting software. The direct link is here.
In the first video on that page, Bev Harris, a Democrat and author of the book Black Box Voting (linked below), explains how some people's votes count more than others.
That video is also on Youtube here.
Black Box Voting can be found here It's a scathing rebuke of black box election machines and the company owner.
Both Republicans and Democrats have been cheating in elections for a long time.
"Voting" machines were created and introduced for the express purpose of making cheating easier. The FL hanging chads situation in 2000 was created for the purpose of bringing in the machines.
Mark Cook is a friend of Bennie Smith and himself a cyber security expert who recently demonstrated the existence of this "fraction magic" software on a mirror image of a hard drive from an election in Mesa County, CO.
The cheaters have been fuming ever since.
Software engineer/attorney (and Democrat) Clint Curtis testified before Congress in the early 2000s about the existence of this software here.
You can find Clint's full story here. He's a great, courageous individual.
Dr. Alex Halderman, Professor of Computer Science, explains how easy it is to hack the machines here.
ES&S will not submit its machines to the DEFCON hacking competition to be tested: defcon.org.
The Certification Document for ES&S machines explicitly states the following on page two:
An EAC certification IS NOT:
• An endorsement of a Manufacturer, voting system, or any of the system’s components.
• A Federal warranty of the voting system or any of its components.
• A determination that a voting system, when fielded, will be operated in a manner that meets all HAVA requirements.
• A substitute for State or local certification and testing.
• A determination that the system is ready for use in an election.
• A determination that any particular component of a certified system is itself certified for use outside the certified configuration.
In other words, these machines are NOT tested by an independent third party against the actions of real blackhat capability. Nor are the lines of code read by anyone to determine the presence of subversive/malicious (fraction magic) software, which can be turned off and on at will.
Moving on to Democrat Candidate Michelle Long Spears. The only reason she was able to get a recount is because she received NO VOTES in her own precinct which she knew was a lie, because she and her husband both voted. If she had only gotten a few votes in the primary, no one would have known about the theft of 3792 votes. (Of course, they always get away with saying it was a programming error and nothing intentional. Of course it was.) She went from third to first in the primary after ALL of her votes were counted (by hand), and then on to win the general election. The story is told below:

In closing, here are a couple of great articles by Jenny Cohn, a Democrat, an attorney and outspoken election integrity advocate. If you just take a quick look, you'll find that ES&S is front and center and she is absolutely disgusted with them. She is right to be.

Election integrity is a very serious national security issue. Election fraud is an existential threat to the entire American experiment in self-government and liberty.
You have been advised. You are now accountable.

That’s it.
God Bless. Below is some bonus material.

P.S. Bonus material:
1. A Good American is a fascinating thriller documentary. I highly recommend watching it. Here is a free place to do so.
2. Election Integrity from across the pond video #1 and video #2. The young man makes some great points. The one thing I don’t agree with is the extent of his ballot anonymity.. Americans tell everyone they know who they voted for.
3. I mentioned Federalist 51 in my last substack, but didn’t explain what that meant. The Federalist papers were arguments made by founders about the framing of the Federal government via the Constitution. These arguments were made in light of much skepticism about what the Federal government would turn into, and how it would be restrained.

It’s almost refreshing to see democrats acknowledging voter machines fraud…especially the ones who have been on the losing end. They’re fine unless the vote goes against them. This is fraud on a national level so you’d think the FBI or CIA wouldn’t invade….unless the bribe bucks win over integrity.
Thank you Bob and all others witnessing about the machines! You guys are hero's!🙏♥️
