my latest public records request

Dear Friends,

I filed the following Public Records Request with my [appointed] Lancaster County election commissioner Todd Wiltgen:

Todd,

Your recent May 24 primary results show 60,762 ballots were cast, including 318 provisional. The recent voter rolls (6-4) I got from your office shows 60,808 people voted.
Pursuant to Nebraska Public Records Law § 84-712 et seq., I am hereby requesting a digital copy of the public record that reconciles these two records.

Also, your 5-23 Lincoln general election results show 81,599 ballots were cast, including 661 provisional. The recent voter rolls (6-4) I got from your office shows only 79,787 people voted in that election. Subtracting the 661 provisional ballots does not close the gap.
Pursuant to Nebraska Public Records Law § 84-712 et seq., I am hereby requesting a digital copy of the public record that contains all the people that voted in the May 2023 Lincoln General Election so I can reconcile these two records.

Also, your 4-23 Lincoln primary general election results show 58,900 ballots were cast, including 400 provisional. The recent voter rolls (6-4) I got from your office shows only 57,471 people voted in that election. Subtracting the 400 provisional does not close the gap.
Pursuant to Nebraska Public Records Law § 84-712 et seq., I am hereby requesting a digital copy of the public record that contains all the people that voted in the April 2023 Lincoln Primary Election so I can reconcile these two records.

This was his bogus reply:
Dear Mr. Borer:

On July 24, 2024, the Lancaster County Election Commissioner’s Office (“our Office”) received your public records request via email.

We are able to fulfill your request without charge or delay. We have records for each of the three elections that match your request, the absentee roster and the precinct sign-in registers. Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 84-712(3)(b)(iii), our Office may charge for the actual costs of providing electronic data. Regarding the absentee rosters, the size of the files are too large to send via email, we can provide a flash drive containing the files to you for $5.00 or you can request the files be placed on a CD for free. If you would like to pick up a flash drive for $5.00 or if you would like the files to be placed on a CD for free, please provide our Office with at least two days’ notice to allow us time to transfer the files. Please note, our Office provided you with a copy of the May 2024 Statewide Primary Election absentee roster earlier this month.

The precinct sign-in registers are only available for public inspection in our Office and are unable to be sent to you. If you would like to inspect the precinct sign-in registers, please provide our Office with at least two days’ notice to allow us time to pull the records from storage.

And this was my reply back (just a few minutes ago):

Todd, 

Thank you for the confirmation that you are unable to provide reconciliation for the "election records" that I requested be reconciled. I didn't expect you to be able to do so, any more than I expect you to be able to verify your "election results" (aka private secret vote counts). I figured you would have reconciled them in the first place if you could have, to avoid the embarrassment. But what this confirmation does is serve to reinforce the truth we already know, which is that what you, your staff, Evnen and Bena call an election is nothing more than a charade. 

The dam has broken. The flood is coming. And the Truth will sweep away all the lies created by private secret vote counts, unsecure absentee "voting" and dirty online voter rolls.

Speaking of voter rolls, why are 15 people still on your rolls that haven't voted since 1984??? And why are thousands more still on with verifiable new addresses outside of Lancaster Co and the State???

You're in the wrong business. NO ONE should be in the business of fake elections.  Shame, shame.

As a watchful citizen, I must let everyone know what you were unable/unwilling to do here.
