Dear Friends,
Here’s the actual (toned-down) letter I ended up sending to Pillen yesterday, if anyone wants to join in and back me up:
To: jim.pillen@nebraska.gov
Subject: A Special Session??
Governor Pillen,
How would you like to take the lead in saving our nation from civil war??
Instead of calling for a special session to fix the split electoral vote issue, how about calling for one to address something much more fundamental—i.e., basic, overall election integrity??
There is no peaceful transfer of power without transparent and verifiably accurate elections. There is only increased division, strife and civil unrest—with each and every passing secret vote-count conducted behind a black curtain in a black box.
We must get rid of these secret "vote-counts," via secret ES&S computerized "tabulators," and give elections back to the People of our Counties where they belong, with all the transparency and verifiable accuracy that is required to make them what they are supposed to be—the actual consent of the governed.
This must be done before the general election.
There's a great opportunity waiting here, for you to serve your fellow man, and make a huge name for yourself.
All it takes is courage.
Robert J. Borer
[I’ll probably send this again today.]
I also sent this letter to the SoS office yesterday:
To: sos.elect@nebraska.gov
Subject: Public Records Request
May 15th, 2024
Ashlee McGill
c/o Nebraska Secretary of State's Office
301 S 13th St, Ste 410
Lincoln, NE
(402) 471-2640
Dear Ashlee—
Federal law requires the retention and preservation of all records requisite to a given federal election, for 22 months. It goes without saying that a list of everyone who voted in yesterday's May 14th federal election is such a requisite record that must be retained and preserved.
https://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?req=granuleid:USC-prelim-title52-section20701&num=0&edition=prelim
I am therefore hereby requesting, pursuant to Nebraska Public Records Law § 84-712 et seq., the following:
—a digital copy of the record (or records) containing EVERYONE who voted, and ONLY everyone who voted, in Nebraska's May 14th, 2024 statewide primary (people who did not vote in this election are not requisite)
To be clear, I am NOT asking for a digital copy of Nebraska's voter rolls. I am only asking for a digital copy of the list of ONLY those people who voted in Nebraska's May 14th, 2024 statewide primary.
Thanks–
Robert J. Borer
Regarding the above letter, I am trying to force them to produce a list of people who voted, so we can compare that list with the number of votes cast. They have never reconciled their “election checkbook” like that before. (Unbelievable)
And the third and final letter I sent out yesterday:
To: histories@leg.ne.gov
Subject: Public Records Request
May 15th, 2024
Brandon Metzler, Clerk
Room 2018
State Capitol
P.O. Box 94604
Lincoln, NE 68509-4604
(402) 471-2271
Dear Clerk Metzler—
I am hereby requesting, pursuant to Nebraska Public Records Law § 84-712 et seq., the following:
—A digital copy of all records related to Legislative Resolution 5 (L.R. 5) introduced on November 18th, 1988 and unanimously approved. The Resolution formed a subcommittee, The Douglas Committee, to investigate the November 4th, 1988 closing of the Franklin Community Federal Credit Union. The Douglas Committee met until January, 1991.
Thank you.
Robert J. Borer
In response to the above, I got a 30+ year old 102-pg report back almost right away, titled “Final Report of the Franklin Committee”. Started reading it.. If anyone else wants a copy, write me.
That’s it.
Fasting all day today, with as much prayer and waiting on God as I can fit in around a few other short activities. We need a national day of prayer and fasting.
God Bless.
Me.
Typo fixed:
This must be *done [not down] before the general election.
God be with you and give you the strength you need. THANK YOU for all you are doing. It is greatly appreciated.
I voted, and not for any of those seeking re-election that are part of the republican establishment. Fully knowing they would all get back in. It gets to be disheartening at times. I attended a meeting put on by Douglas Frank in Blair. I believe that was in 2022. It was a great meeting to understand how they are manipulating the vote.
