I sent the following to Senator Kauth regarding LB421, which you can read here:
Dear Senator,
What provisions are there in this bill to prevent the wholesale infringement and denial of our inherent and inalienable God-given rights (that took place during "covid," contrary to Article I-1 of our State Constitution) the next time they decide to allege a "pandemic" (and declare the very air we breathe to be a hazard zone where public employees get to continue to work and earn wages while the private sector has their right to earn a living and thrive taken away from them)?
It's not enough to involve the city council or county board in the decision. They aren't looking out for our rights.
Please advise.
She responded with:
This bill puts the responsibility of directed health measures on the elected officials where it belongs. No unelected bureaucrat should be able to restrict freedoms. It is citizens' responsibility to vote for those elected officials

Thank you for responding. I'll forgo responding to your erroneous assumption that we have real elections. (If you want me to respond to that assumption, I certainly will.)
The problem is, you're giving these "elected" officials the opportunity to make a decision our Constitution doesn't allow them to make. And in so doing, you're betraying your own oath.
Next up. Senator Geist.
RINO Geist is trying to buy her way into the Lincoln Mayor’s office with big-billboard name recognition—she’s literally got her name and face plastered all over town (to the tune of $100,000/mo, I was recently told), rather than by selling herself to voters with a message of constitutional government, self-government and small-er government.
I support Stan Parker, though I have no promise from him yet that he will support constitutional government, self-government and small-er government, and not use another fake emergency to trample on our rights! If anyone has access to him, please verify.
Back to Geist. You can tell a lot about a person by who they are happy to hang out with. Raybould was and is an absolute tyrant who was all about forcing her fellow citizens to wear the slave masks and shut down their businesses. Raybould is EVIL.
Next up. Gubernatorial hopeful Herbster.
Mr. Herbster has been buying up the NEGOP (which means the NEGOP is for sale). Just an FYI. He was weak on election integrity, constitutional government and covid tyranny during the campaign. I like the guy, but I like our founders better.

Boy you can not trust anyone anymore!!! Politics is a high paying job if you are corrupt enough! I hope Nesara/Gesara comes swiftly!!! No more machines! No more corrupt government! Hopefully before election fir mayor because the Queen Baird still has her hat in the ring for mayor again!!!!! She lives in another county! The Omaha Board of Supervisors, City Council, and OPS School board (Not the least of those ... in Ne they misuse the intent of the Open Meetings act, and use of un reasonable rules , vague Agendas, "Emergency declarations", proclamations, resolutions, ordinances and laws - not to mention their Lobbyists at the Legislature - to obsure what they are doing - until it's actually to late for you to stop it!
The most common way is their "Consent agendas" (some have two or more depending on the topics. Next is their spreading things out over weeks or months via different classifications or stages, or "readings" of passage! etc. After a so called "Public hearing" and or "public hearing and vote" they like to make a show of "transparency" by grumbling and or suggesting amendments or "carry overs to ....," at which the Citizen does not get to object to, or vote on! And "Roberts Rules of Order" are supplanted by their " ...may use parliamentary rules ...." to ....!
Because of their subcomittees and discussions, prior to the Publicized Agenda - the decisions are already determined - and the "Public Hearing " is just a formality, so they don't get too much exposure of and by the people!
!st, 2nd, 3rd, and final readings, are not really reading the full thing to the citizen. Again just a formality, to hopefully pacify the electors.
Sorry if this sounds corrupt - but because of their lack of "transparency" and two way public "discussion" not pronouncements - that's the way it comes off/1 And by the way - how does the media (.......) get much more info than we do? Easy access? This is on them - not the so called "out of 0rder?" citizen!
Time to put a stop to this. Call for a Statewide series of Open Meetings by the Co Attorneys, Ne AG - Opened by your County Sheriff (as Temporary Presiding Officer) - as we the people have lost trust in many, and in our elections, including the SOS!
