more bena election bumbles (pt 2)

I just fired off the following letter to all the usual state and county suspects. I hope you enjoy.
Subject: more bena election "math" and record-keeping bumbles
Dear Friends and Public Servants,
This is the second in a series of letters exposing Bena's Election Bumbles.
If you didn't see the first letter, you can find it here. This one will be much shorter.
From the records of the 2020 Primary in Lancaster County, my team found serious problems in the Democratic race for President.
Namely, we found 4,706 alleged Democrat votes that went to a precinct with no name and no registered voters. (Stop and read that sentence again.)

Take a peak below at a screen-print of the spreadsheet (which has been collapsed for easier viewing), before I describe further what we are looking at.
Now then. The yellow row is the no-name precinct. So where did these 4,706 votes come from, if not from one of the normal precincts????? (Are they UOCAVA votes, i.e., military votes?? If so, there aren't any on the Republican side of the race.) The answer is, we don't know! And that's a huge problem, because these are OUR elections. In other words, we should know!
The far right column with the red numbers is a column our researchers added to the spreadsheet to indicate the difference between the total number in the Ballots Cast column and the precinct total of the four candidates listed. Take Precinct 1A for example. According to the Ballots Cast column, 141 ballots were cast in that precinct. The problem is, when you add the votes cast for each candidate, they don't add up to that figure. They only add up to 137. This is the case with all but 5 of the 198 precincts. The largest precinct discrepancy is 20 votes, except for the no-name precinct, where the difference is 116. The overall total discrepancy is 1253 votes. In other words, of the 38,987 Democrat ballots cast in 198 precincts (plus one unnamed precinct) in Lancaster County, 1,253 possible votes for President were left unaccounted for. Were these votes ignored? Did the voter undervote? Which is it? What's the story? The ballot status for this race constitutes important election data, and Bena is not capturing it!!
Of course, it's nothing new that Bena refuses to provide us with important election data, and that he does so under the color of law. In other words, he's engaging in lawfare (legal warfare against our rights).
Bena likes to play dictator over our county elections. But he can't reconcile voter registration numbers. He can't keep track of who votes in a given election. He can't explain why we can't have cast vote records. He can't secure ballot chain-of-custody, which is the most important evidence chain-of-custody there is.
Bena offers us nothing but deep state propaganda, and black box voting machines. He says the machines can't be hacked. That they aren't connected to the internet. Sure, sure. It's all just propaganda about things he has no personal knowledge of or expertise on.
Evnen is no better. He secured the subversive services of Bena.

Your state math sounds like our state math. Nothing adds up, you can’t have the audit trail, but it’s totally fine, trust us! Nebraskas Total Vote system and South Dakota’s Total Vote system is going some crazy things with voter rolls and election results. Remember, this fraudulent system ran the elections in Arizona where Hobbs the communist was installed and in Pennsylvania where Fetterman “won”.
