Dear Friends,
I thought I’d share a letter I just sent to a local attorney:
Dear Xxxxxx,
I got your name from Xxxxxx.
I'll cut to the chase. I was asked to run against Robert Evnen in 2022. After a couple months of wrestling with the issue, I paid my $850 on the last day at the last hour and jumped in. After just 70ish days of campaigning, on "election" night, it was alleged that I had received some 72,000 votes. (Some stout individuals had predicted I would pull an upset. See one here or here.) I say alleged, because as you know, there is currently no public-facing transparency or verifiability to the "election" process. None. The process has been hijacked by corporate interests and their puppets. My platform was to change that, and restore ownership of elections back to the People, making them constitutional again.
At any rate, after the "defeat," I was then asked to run as a write-in for governor. There was no telling what the sentiment of the people held, given the shenanigans of out-going Ricketts and the weak, never-campaign candidate Pillen. So I paid another $1050 for the governor's race and kept campaigning.
Ahead of the "election," county election offices were not told about my official candidacy. Going into the election, I started getting reports from supporters around the state. So I stopped into the SoS office and confronted Bena. ~"Why haven't these people been notified about my candidacy??" He assured me he would take care of it, but never did.
When "election" day arrived and the "counting" began, county election offices were told to ignore my votes.
After the "election," I was told that my write-in votes would not be counted because they had not met the "threshold." Nevermind how they could know that without counting my votes. (Keep in mind my alleged ~72,000 primary votes.)
Needless to say, after the "election" and no numbers, everyone who voted for me was mad. And I was at a loss as to what to do.
Besides being ripped off for $1050, I was now being ripped off by having absolutely NO votes attributed to me when Evnen himself told me, via hard letter, that my votes would be counted, and we knew for a fact that I had votes.
In all the commotion after the election, I forgot about Evnen's letter. As happenstance would have it, I stumbled upon a photo of it this morning. You can find that photo attached below. It clearly states, "Your name will be counted should it be written on the applicable write-in line on the ballot."
As far as I am concerned, Evnen is a crook. He lied to me, then he stole my money and then he stole my votes.
Is there any remedy, aside from broadcasting his dishonesty from the housetops (like I've been doing about his unconstitutional and tyrannical maladministration of our elections)?
Please advise, if you can do so in short, without causing me to incur any expense at this time.
Thank you,
Robert J. Borer

That’s it.
Keep praying and may God bless,
Robert

I would love to see you (or someone!) sue Evnen for fraud. I'd particularly like to see you win.
I hope this attorney agrees that you have a case.
All I can say is WOW. Following you from out in Oregon, and inspite of talking with you on the phone, I had no idea regarding this depth of your involvement. My very best to you and your efforts.
