Dear Friends,
Mark Finchem is coming to town (Lincoln, NE) to rattle some cages!
Before I share the details, I rattled some cages myself this morning. Click on the image below. It’s only five minutes. The transcript is in the postscript below.
Mark Finchem
Mark Finchem is a national figure. I would even call him a national treasure.
America First and MAGA all the way, he’s top shelf—one of our strongest, most well-spoken, leading, election integrity fighters.
Here’s his resume:
Rancher, business leader and citizen legislator.
Former police officer and first responder.
Eight years in the AZ House.
The AZGOP nominee for SoS in 2022.
Currently running for the AZ Senate.
Find out more about him HERE and HERE.
I can’t wait. I haven’t been to a GOP event since July of 2022, but I’m going to this one. I encourage you to go as well, if possible. Let’s pack the place out. People need to hear what he has to say. See below and get more details HERE.
One more thing. Mark talks about Nebraska in his most recent article HERE. God bless him.
That’s it. I leave you with the memes and transcript below. May God bless you with absolute fearlessness as you seek Him.

There's a big game coming in two weeks.
Billions of dollars hang in the balance.
Millions of people will watch.
The refs will be expected to make the right call every time. . . every time.
Cameras will be everywhere to make sure they do.
Refs will stop the game, look at the play 15 times from 6 different angles to make sure the right call is made.
But when it comes to making the right call on election night, we allow a private company with a financial stake in the outcome to make the call after scanning our ballots in secret. Our election officials don't make the call. ES&S makes the call, without any transparency or verifiability whatsoever.
Are we insane, or what?
Or is it just that have a coup going on by a bunch of corrupt election administrators who are being supported by corrupt actors elsewhere in government and in the private sector?
I think it's the latter.
Our state constitution and laws declare that governments are instituted by consent of the People of our 93 counties, not by consent of a single private company called ES&S that can easily program their machines to cheat . . . while leaving a few precincts intact so Bena can conduct his fake audits.
Elections confer power. Centralized elections confer centralized power. Centralized power can be easily abused, way more than decentralized power.
Trillions [I misspoke and said millions] of dollars hang in the balance in these elections, as do our common rights.
We have to get this right. Otherwise we're going to end up in a civil war. You guys are playing with fire.
Now then, I'm betting the five of you [think you] were elected because you're something special. If so, you would be wrong. You weren't elected, you were Selected, because you're weak, gullible, undiscerning and afraid to push back against corruption.
Let me give a few examples.
Wayne Bena [deputy SoS] stood right here and lied through his teeth with a straight face to you about cast vote records. Did you push back? Not at all. You swallowed the lie, hook, line and sinker.
Here's another example. Bena stood right here at the same time and openly confessed to procuring new election equipment for all 93 counties at state expense and "NOT County taxpayer expense.” Little do you know that in so admitting to that, he was admitting to breaking the law.
Did you push back? Not at all, because you're ignorant of the law.
Sec 1201 of the Election Act is explicit. The cost of elections for county, state, and federal governments shall be a COUNTY EXPENSE and shall not be chargeable to other political subdivisions.
Rather than push back, you approved of his lawlessness.
I have news. The state doesn't have elections, only our counties have elections. Bena is a power-hungry usurper, taking away county sovereignty and centralizing control of county elections at the state level which only centralizes power.
Again, centralized power is bad. It takes power away from We the People.
The lawfare, the legal warfare, coming out of our SoS office against We the People and our Constitution, is treasonous.
Bena and Evnen have not only made themselves hindrances and impediments to the right of We the People to exercise our elective franchise, in violation of Article I-22 of our Constitution, they have clearly violated the overarching principle of the Election Act stated upfront in Section 102:
~The election act shall be liberally construed so that the will of registered voters is not defeated by an informality or a failure to comply with the act with respect to the giving of any notice or the conducting of any election or the certifying of the results of the election. 32-102
32-102 is THE LAW. No rational person accepts secrecy in our elections. The Salvation of the State is Watchfulness in the Citizen, not trust.
Bena, Evnen and Wiltgen have made it their standard practice to break 32-102, and you do nothing about it.
We the People hold you and them in contempt.
[Running low on time so finishing up quickly]
Elections are a simple process whereby qualified voters cast votes on paper in secret and those votes are counted transparently in public and reported.
Only fools and scoundrels can screw it up.
Only fools and scoundrels can screw it up.
Judgment day is coming.
God is driving us on to greatness for His glory! Let's roll!
