another stolen election?
Article I-22 of our Nebraska State Constitution says,
“…there shall be no hindrance or impediment to the right of a qualified voter to exercise the elective franchise.”
Now then. You might be asking, where are the Borer numbers in the results??!
Good question. They’re buried.
“Buried??”
Yes, buried…in fraud. And they did it through Nebraska Revised Statute 32-1008.
What this statute effectively says is, if an election commissioner or county clerk “believes” that a certain write-in vote will not impact the outcome of the election, the write-in votes do not have to be assigned to anything more than an anonymous category of write-in totals.
According to our Legislature, this “belief” by an election official, whether sincere or feigned, is all it takes to once again deprive us of all access to our paper ballots, and hence, to our right to validate vote totals.
(You heard that right. I said “our paper ballots.” Elections belong to the People, not to the state. Elections are supposed to be the means by which we give our Consent to government, not the state’s means by which government can take away our rights and tell us what to do.)
Back to the belief. What does this belief entail?
It entails the notion that the number of votes cast for a given candidate are too small to impact the election.
But how do we actually know the number of votes is too small? Did they hand check all the ballots for write-in votes?
Yes, the machines are supposed to kick out write-in votes, but do they?
Machines are also supposed to count votes accurately, but we know they are using the software in the machines to flip votes.
Why can't the same happen with write-in votes? Why can’t the machines be programmed to NOT kick out write-in votes, and instead to flip those write-in votes to another candidate on the ballot, just like it can be programmed to flip regular votes to another candidate on the ballot??
No one from the general public knows, because we aren’t allowed to inspect the private, top-secret software.
There is no way Pillen got ~388,000 votes. Feel free to PROVE me wrong. I’ll gladly welcome it.
Until then, don’t talk to me about losing, and how small my numers were. There’s no integrity to our elections whatsoever.
The fact is, we have no way of knowing what our write-in vote totals are/were. They could be astronomical for all we know. But because there is no transparency or verifiability in our “election” process whatsoever (thanks to our Legislature), we have no way of finding out.

Here’s an even bigger question,
How did we go from, “…there shall be no hindrance or impediment to the right of a qualified voter to exercise the elective franchise” to “there shall be every hindrance and impediment to the right of a qualified voter to exercise the elective franchise”?
HOW, I ask?
Here’s how. Through our Legislature. Our Legislature did this to us.
Our Legislature took a simple, common-sense concept—open, fair and honest elections—and turned that common-sense concept into a secret war machine against We the People.
The scam we call our elective franchise is empowered by our Legislature.
Our Legislature filled our Election Act with laws the don’t permit any transparency, any verifiability or any integrity in our elective franchise whatsoever. None.
They’ve effectively turned our elective franchise into a s-election franchise made for the rich and connected. It’s government of, by and for lobbyists, special interests and the rich.
“Small people” need not apply. “Small people” only get s-elected if they don’t have a preferred candidate, or if they don’t want to make the cheat look too apparent.
Our Legislature has made itself the enemy of We the People.
They’ve lost sight of the big picture.
We need a moratorium on bill-writing and law-making.
We need several sessions devoted to repealing laws thats don’t pass constitutional muster.
Better yet, we just need to a reset back to our founding documents. We need a return to founding principles and original documents that protect life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
It’s obscene how many bills the Legislature writes every year. Who are they writing them for? Not We the People.

I hope Eric Underwood feels good about the tool he made of himself on Monday. It appears to have been completely unnecessary. BUT, it only has that appearance because we are looking back. Hindsight isn’t 20/20 when there’s cheating going on. Eric saw something and he was scared.

Dear republicans,
Well, your red wave ended up being more like a red puddle…that had to hurt huh? Watching the polls, you underperformed in almost every case, even in your wins.
So one would think that the country is pretty much lost. That there really are that many brain dead democrats out there and we’re probably finished.
I, however, beg to differ. The democrats didn’t win last night, you simply lost. Again. There is much talk about the “new direction” the house will take. The problem is that you’ve had the house before and you’ve not once changed the direction of this country.
Tell me republicans, when did you vote en masse against raising the debt ceiling?
When did you rid this country of Obamacare as you promised time and time again?
When did you rid the American people of even one completely bloated and unnecessary government agency, let alone all those that are just blatantly unconstitutional?
When did you provide us with a candidate that actually DESERVED OUR VOTE, rather than one who deserved to be next?
When did YOU, not President Trump, but you, cut our taxes?
When did you ever follow through with all of your bloviated threats regarding investigations into Hillary Clinton, the abuse of power by the FBI, IRS, CDC, NIH, NIAID, etc…?
When did you, not Trump but you, ever close the border?
When have you protected the American people against voter fraud? Before or after you allowed the 2020 election to be stolen in broad daylight?
When did you oppose amnesty following your failure to close the border?
When have you spoken out loudly and boldly in favor of our First Amendment rights, which are being eroded at a frightening pace?
When have you spoken out in favor of our Second Amendment rights, which are almost non-existent when compared to the actual intention of the Founders?
Actually, I’d like to know when you last read the Constitution?
When have you ever spoken out to stop the absolutely insane federal policy that provides you and your families lifelong salary and medical coverage? Seriously how inflated must your own egos be to believe that you are so much more important than the rest of the citizens of this country that after 6 short years of “service” you have the right to expect hardworking Americans to pay you forever??
The answer to each and every question posed above is NEVER.
I’ve already heard 400 excuses (and it’s only 1am) for why you didn’t perform as you had expected. Some are worse than others but it suffices to say not one of them points the finger in the right direction. RIGHT AT YOU.
You have completely lost touch with the people in this country who get up every morning and are forced to live under a tax burden that is worse than that of the patriots who settled this country suffered under the king of England. Even the king allowed people to keep enough to live. Your IRS can and has taken everything people own without reprisal, explanation, or many times even, defense? The FBI now entraps, jails and abuses patriotic Americans who strike out against the ever present oppression and you do nothing to free them. You have allowed health agencies to close down this entire country; bankrupting many small businesses, ruining the education of millions of children and causing supply chain and manufacturing eruptions that are still being felt.
You will continue to see the degradation of the republican party for the foreseeable future. If you can’t pull of a republican “wave” even in the midst of the worst economy since Jimmy Carter and a “President” who has no idea where or who he is half the time, you’ve no one to blame but yourselves.
STOP SHOUTING AT FREEDOM LOVING AMERICANS FOR FAILING YOU. You’ve been failing us for 30 or more years and quite frankly, we’ve had enough of you. It no longer really matters whether it’s you or the democrats, we all suffer the same crap. While you may occasionally tap the brakes, you’ve not once turned the car around and actually attempted to return this country to its Founding Principles.
Pardon me for brutal honesty, but to hell with all of you.

I saw 5 fighter jets escort a Boeing 777-looking heavy jet OVER Offutt at about 12:45pm or 12:55pm Wednesday. The heavy was painted in the paint scheme of Air Force One, but it simply said "United States of America" The air convoy did not land, which is VERY curious. They appeared just to fly over and return to the direction they came from: south-ish. At that moment, I only had heard that President Trump would make an important announcement the very next day, so I concluded that DJT would return to office as part of that announcement, and this was a practice run. But 6 hrs later I discovered he changed the date of his big announcement to the 15th.
Cheer cheer!!! WHEN will people truly understand this very dark n sinister battle with "the ruler of the world" n his demons? They cry out like they know n yet "by their fruits we know them". "Faith without works is dead". What works do we see? Pay to play. Scratching of backs. The good-ole-boy cabal. We will NEVER stop fighting for righteousness sake! It is the ONLY thing worth doing, now and forever!
