I dare call it treason...how about you?
what is the real issue?

I was inspired by my friend Kenneth Anderson to write the following. It’s been modified slightly from what I sent Ken.
Thank you Ken, for challenging me to think more about this.
What is the real issue?
In the end, ES&S, Dominion and Hart InterCivic (the three private secret-software vote-counting companies) aren't the real issue.
They are secondary to the real issue.
The real issue is SECRET VOTE-COUNTING, whether by secret software OR by secret hand count, wherein, in either case, election results can be manipulated because We the People to whom those election results belong aren't allowed to verify them.
Government is chosen (supposed to be) by consent of We the People. (So says our founding documents. So says love-your-neighbor-as-yourself common sense.)
We must know that our consent is real.
Secret vote-counts by government, whether by secret software or by secret hands (directly or by proxy), create a conflict-of-interest situation that we can’t afford, without great cost to our Lives, Liberty and Happiness. The temptation is too strong to cheat.
The temptation is too strong because election results determine who gets to exercise the People’s delegated power and spend their hard-earned money.
Subverted elections place the People’s power and hard-earned money into corrupt, self-serving, special-interest-serving hands where the People’s basic rights are violated.
We the People determined long ago that our “rights shall not be denied OR INFRINGED by the state or any subdivision thereof.” (NE Const Article I-1)
(Clearly our Constitution recognizes, up front, that government itself can quickly become a threat to our rights, despite any oath. This is all the more true when elections are secret.)
Elections are about We the People choosing a servant government that is tasked, above all else, with protecting our God-given, inherent and inalienable rights, against ALL ENEMIES of those rights, foreign and domestic.
We the People are “by nature free and independent.” (NE Const Article I-1)
Only a corrupt, self-serving government pursues secret vote counts.
There's no reason for secret vote counts other than to manipulate results.
Manipulating results is a very serious crime.
Manipulated election results by rogue government “servants” CONSTITUTES TREASON. It constitutes the overthrowing of the true sovereigns of our Constitutional Republic—We the People.
Moreover, the simple failure by government to exercise due diligence and secure open, honest, transparent and verifiable results on behalf of We the People from private secret vote-counting companies also constitutes treason—treason by proxy.
Again, there is only one reason for conducting secret vote counts—election results are being manipulated. There is NO OTHER REASON for secret vote-counts.
The people ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE for this treason are wayward government officials who have violated their oath and empowered the use of secret vote counts.
The list of wayward government officials includes:
legislators who “legalized” the use of unconstitutional secret vote counts
those in government who influenced those legislators to “legalize” use of secret vote counts
and those in government who stood down and said nothing about the use of secret vote counts (this includes everyone from local officials all the way up to the governor)
If someone is not overtly on the side of right, they are are, by default, implicitly on the side of wrong.
The time for traitors to wake up is now, or be damned. Time is running out.
Soon the People will rise up and take back our elections by force.
Our history demands it. Our national survival demands it. Election manipulation is an existential threat to the entire American experiment in self-government and Liberty.
When all else fails, we go back to the beginning:
[W]henever any Form of Government becomes destructive of [our rights], it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. —Declaration of Independence
The subversion of elections is the subversion of all other rights.
I’m going to turn this into a letter to politicians across the state and add this line:
May God help you to Repent before it’s too late. Today if you hear His voice harden not your hearts.

Perfect synopsis! Even the ‘geniuses’ in our government should be able to understand this! But, as was stated, the problem is not lack of intelligence but lack of loyalty to the people. This many government officials cannot possibly be this ignorant! We are watching…and so is God! I hope they don’t rest well until acknowledge and repent of this traitorous behavior.
