Dear Friends,
Nebraska has an Open Meetings Act. It’s located in Sections 84-1407 thru 84-1414 of our revised statutes.
Section 84-1408 declares the intent of the Act:
“It is hereby declared to be the policy of this state that the formation of public policy is public business and may not be conducted in secret.”
Now then, what good is an Open Meetings Act without an Open Elections Act??? (Not that we need a legislative act to have open elections, mind you—we only need “Secretary” Evnen to pull his head out.)
Which is more important to valid public policy?? An “open meeting” or honest, God-fearing officials??
Obviously the latter. It goes without saying that there is a vast difference in character and motives between individuals.
The formation of public policy depends way more on the character and motives of the officials involved than it does on an “open meeting.” (You can take that to the bank.)
Simply having an “open meeting” does nothing to rectify bad character on the part of officials.
Given the current secret state of our “elections,” “officials” often come with their own agenda, and connive with each other behind closed doors. They might act like they’re listening to you in an “open meeting”—while they sit there looking down their noses at you with arms folded, but their minds are already made up (and they aren’t made up in a good way).
The only thing the Open Meetings Act does is force “officials” to go on the record.
“may not be conducted in secret”/“may not be elected in secret”
If the formation of public policy can’t be conducted in secret, then those who formulate it can’t be elected in secret (i.e., by secret "vote counts").
IT’S A NO-BRAINER.
Yet our so-called Secretary of State insists on doing exactly that!! …making sure those who formulate public policy are “elected” (actually s-elected) in secret…in the dark.
Evnen is either too stupid or corrupt to the core. (You pick. He accuses poor single mothers of being bribable. Is he projecting?)
The formation of valid, rights-protecting public policy is entirely dependent on duly, truly, openly, honestly, transparently and verifiably elected God-fearing People (who take their oath to our Constitution with integrity).
Secret "vote counts" are absurd and…evil.
secret-ary of…?
Evnen is taking his unearned title too literally.
If we are going to let him retain anything close to that title, it should be internally redundant. How about Secret-ary of…Dark-ness?? Yes. Secretary of Darkness seems way more appropriate, since he insists on operating in the Dark, and on the Dark side. (Is Evnen a member of a secret society? He’s certainly part of the deep state.)
last question
What would Evnen and Bena be doing and saying if they were committing election fraud with their machines and their secret vote counts??
They would be doing and saying exactly what they’ve been doing and saying all along!
And no one in government is holding them accountable!
Evnen and Bena work for ES&S and the deep state and get paid by Nebraska taxpayers. What a crime!
Judgment day is coming.
Meanwhile, government is retarded…or worse.
Government should take note:
“…whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends [protecting our God-given rights], it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government…” -Declaration of Independence
Important “tweets” from Rasmussen Reports (@Rasmussen_Poll):
We're in the business of accurately scientifically surveying American opinion and reporting our findings.
Election fraud renders scientific election polling useless.
That's why we will continue to report on all official investigations into it.

Democratic governance in a Republic cannot be legitimized via fraud.
Election systems reliant on excluding public scrutiny are not actually election systems.
They are publicly funded crime syndicates secretly delivering public jobs for their highest bidders.

I’m going to turn around and send this to everyone I know in government. Feel free to do the same.
God bless,
Robert J. Borer

This stuff is rampant in government! Just read Michell Bachmann’s utube posts about the WHO accords possibly going into effect on 1/1 24. This is the height of government overreach!!! Everyone please watch so you can see where this county is possibly headed. Besides stealing our elections, they intend to steal the entire country! 😡😡
Interestingly how much our goverment operates in the shadows. Wish we had a Toto on the team to yank the curtain back. I will share much of your information with our slected officials.
My only negative is the title of the post. Having worked 20 years with 90% of my crew being " special needs" we disliked that term . Your very right they are evil, inefficient, liars, cheats, and plain despicable and very hard to love ...thats how you know we serve a mighty GOD because he can still love them.
Your a great Shepard Mr Borer, love that you keep us engaged. We need that so much.
Thank you.
