free tickets and a bad actor
evnen doesn't want Nebraskans to have confidence in their elections
Dear Friends,
It was a busy day yesterday after speaking to my County Board of Commissioners. If you missed that edition, you can find it here.
I spent the rest of the day writing a couple letters. I’ll share those below, but first…
Kearney Grace Fellowship Church is paying for all tickets to Sound of Freedom today, July 12th, at Hilltop Golden Ticket. Please take them up on it. Again, today, July 12th only. Here’s Micheal Meyer’s personal invitation, if you’re on Facebook. Thank you, Michael.
On to the letters and the bad actor.
The first letter I sent was to my county election commissioner, Todd Wiltgen. It was titled responsibility? Here’s what I wrote:
Dear Commissioner,
You came up in conversation today at the County Board of Commissioners' meeting.
I was informed by another concerned citizen that you considered it your job to obey everything Evnen says.
That is not true. Your job is to keep your oath and defend the Constitution and our God-given rights from all enemies, foreign and domestic.
Right now, Evnen is public enemy number one in NE.
Here's the brief statement I delivered this morning that explains why: (See yesterday’s substack here)
The second letter I sent was to the Secretary’s office. It was titled, What happens when the truth comes out? Here’s what I wrote:
Dear Public Servants,
See three second video below. Hit replay a few times. This is going viral. The big question is, what happens to Mr. Evnen when the truth comes out? Where does he go? How about those who blindly followed him, over and against their own oaths?
Rhetorical questions, to be sure.

The third letter I sent was to my county commissioner, but I copied in all the Lancaster county commissioners, the sheriff and the county attorney. (Today, I’m going to send this same letter to every member of our Legislature and to every county election official.) It was titled cast vote records. Here’s what I wrote:
Dear Commissioner Schulte,
Thank you for your efforts with the cast vote records.
The big question is, Why does the Secretary refuse to provide them? He could if he wanted to. The "law" (in this case better known as lawfare) is no excuse. He could easily have the law changed if he wanted it changed. Legislators would listen. The People would support it. I'm betting the only reason the law currently reads the way it does is because of lobbying efforts by special interests. Committee members rely on testimony from election officials (often the "big three") who've been lobbied by private companies promising to make their jobs easier (if not their lives richer).
We're not about "easy." We're about transparency and integrity—independently verifiable integrity. Like banks do. Elections are too important...more important than our money. Too much depends on them. They are not something to mess with. Computers are too easy to hack, especially when no one gets to watch or see the software, or the constant updates to that software. (There is nothing proprietary about addition.) Our votes should not be counted behind closed doors by a private company. The salvation of the state is watchfulness...watchfulness in the citizen, not trust in the citizen, and certainly not exclusive watchfulness by some private company with conflicting interests and no accountability to the People.
Frankly, we have no reason to believe the Secretary when he says there are no cast vote records. The Certification document for the machines provided to me by the Secretary's office clearly states (on page 3) that the machines do in fact create cast vote records (CVRs). The machine "simultaneously scans the front and back of a paper ballot ... in any of four orientations for conversion of voter selection marks to electronic CVRs." After scanning the ballots, the machine totals the individual candidate tallies (aka CVRs) it obtained from each ballot. The CVR is a built-in machine self-audit feature required by the government. If all the machine is doing is adding one more vote to a running total, no one knows whether or not the machine is counting honestly. We can't tell if the votes are coming in organically or not.
If Evnen actually has the CVR feature turned off, he is grossly incompetent at best, and a bad actor at worst. CVRs are a valuable tool for determining the presence of vote-count manipulation. They are a check and balance within the system. The only reason to turn them off (if such is actually an option) is to hide fraud. Test decks and partial self-audits are no proof of anything whatsoever. Bad actors can easily make provisions for a few honest test batch and precinct counts within what is otherwise an overall artificial, manipulated and fraudulent count.
What is going to happen when the three second statement by Evnen in this video is proven wrong? Who's going to jail?
Hit replay a couple times on that video. Evnen is making a truth claim about something that he has no personal knowledge of. In other words, he’s waging psychological warfare against the citizens of Nebraska.
[Evnen doesn’t want Nebraskans to have confidence in their elections. If he did, he would do things differently.]
Thank you again for your efforts, Commissioner.

Here’s my parting prayer:
Lord, you are my shepherd; I shall not want. You make me to lie down in green pastures: you lead me beside the still waters. You restore my soul: You lead me in the paths of righteousness for your name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies: You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in Your house for ever. (A slightly modified version of Psalm 23, of course, but that is what fell on my heart as I knelt to pray first thing this morning.)
God bless and have a great day. Go see the movie if you’re in the Kearney area and haven’t seen it yet.

Thank you, Robert.
When is it too late for Secretary Evnen to finally tell all he knows about the corruption he's been involved with? Can he cut a deal to avoid Military Tribunals for Treason, or is it too late for him?

Evnen (appropriately known as Pinocchio) is in such deep doo doo he probably doesn’t know which way or turn. Mr. Pinocchio, I sincerely urge you to repent — that means ‘turn around, change your mind and actions’ — before judgement drops on you either legally or from above. You’re busted!!! Amen
