Dear Friends,

I sent the following letter across the state yesterday to “government” offices:

"The right of voting for representatives is the primary right by which other rights are protected. To take away this right is to reduce a man to slavery, for slavery consists in being subject to the will of another." –Thomas Paine

Our right of voting has been completely undermined by a private, secret, computerized black box process with no transparency or verifiable honesty. As such, it is no longer a voting process. It is a charade designed to systematically undermine all our rights and reduce us to slaves.

This charade cannot endure much longer. Look for the fall of the rich man's private black box "s-election" empire in the near future. The right to alter or to abolish a "form of government" that has become destructive of our rights IS coming to a theater near you. (For whosoever will, there is still time to get on the right side of our Constitution/s.)

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights . . . That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government.

[no intro or exit, I said it just like that]

public records requests
I received a response from the SoS office yesterday to my request for:
”—a digital copy of the STATIC/FIXED record/file identifying EVERYONE who voted in Nebraska's May 14th, 2024 statewide federal election primary that must be retained and preserved for 22 months.”

This was their response:
”As stated in our prior response emailed to you on May 21, 2024, voter history is contained in the voter file. The June 2024 voter file will have the voting history for the May 14, 2024 primary. According to our records, you have asked to receive monthly updates of the voter file. Once the voter file has been updated, you will receive the June 2024 voter file.
”We do not maintain a separate record containing the information you requested and therefore have no additional records responsive to your request.”

I bounced back this reply:
Obviously, a "living, breathing" voter file, if maintained properly, will not retain the history for the May 14th primary for 22 months. Thank you for confirming that you do NOT retain and preserve all records requisite to a given federal election for 22 months as required by law.

I also got a response from the SoS office yesterday to my request for:
–a digital copy of the authoritative source document used by the SoS office from either ES&S, the EAC or NIST to assert that paper ballots constitute cast vote records as defined by NIST.

Their response:
Our office has no records responsive to your request.

In other words, they just make up stuff, literally.

I feel different as of late
More relaxed. Not sure what to make of it. Is it the calm before the storm? I don’t know. I just keep praying:
Hear, O LORD, when I cry with my voice: have mercy also upon me, and answer me. (Psa 27:7)
Hear my prayer, O LORD, give ear to my supplications: in thy faithfulness answer me, and in thy righteousness. (Psa 143:1)
