evnen has a problem with telling the truth

Before I get to the title above, I’d like to share this quote from a book I just finished reading (notice the title below the quote):

“Our Founding Fathers had to wheel and deal to get the support necessary to ratify our Constitution, and, for all its good, we ended-up with a document without adequate real-world controls—specifically, controls on those who would abuse the system for their own benefit. The Founding Fathers were essentially good men, but it did not take long for lesser men to take advantage of what had been left out. As a result, American history is a long narrative of corrupt politicians, land speculators, war profiteers, public works contractors, military contractors, and many, many others who have used government for their own benefit. The truth is that our system of government was always ripe for corruption, and powerful elites have been stealing from us since the beginning.
”It’s natural to ask then, why has our system survived so long, if it is so corrupt? Because, for most of our history, We the People have lived up to the responsibilities as citizens that our Founding Fathers intended, and we have been far more important to our nation’s success than our government. The incredible wealth and opportunity that our nation provided spawned patriotism and loyalty unsurpassed in the history of the world, and we have shared a collective belief in the ultimate power of the people. It’s a good book. I recommend it. It’ll make you think. Here’s a shorter quote:

“We’ve all been taught in our system of government that elections are our opportunity to change things—to right our course. But, today, it is the election process itself that is at the heart of our problem. Our electoral process has been compromised, corrupted to the point that no election can effect substantive change… The truth is, elections today reinforce control, not create an opportunity for change. The system will not tolerate substantive change, and we have seen that reality play out daily for many years now.”

Okay, now for the title to this substack. That title was the Subject of a letter I just sent to all the usual suspects. I’m just sharing it.

Subject: Evnen has a problem with telling the truth

Dear Friends and Public Servants,

Robert Evnen has a problem with telling the truth. Prior to the 2020 election, the Lancaster County Board of Commissioners and the Lancaster County Election Commissioner all agreed to accept an election interference bribe from bad actor Mark Zuckerberg—to the tune of $404,000. 

Evnen later claimed ignorance. What? How could he be ignorant? I thought county election officials had to run everything past him?? 

Apparently not. After all, there weren't even any consequences. (Laws/rules without sanctions are only advice. Advice can be selectively followed or not followed at all.)

Not only were there no consequences after this crime of election interference was committed, and exposed by citizens, Evnen went to bat for and tried covering for the offending commissioners, by telling everyone the money was spent for "covid" PPE (personal protective equipment)!

Nothing was further from the truth. And Evnen should have known that. The truth was readily available to him. We know this because the truth was readily available to citizens via Public Records Request. The Public Record showed that not a dime of the money went for PPE. 

Evnen lied. 

Evnen did something similar when asked about possible election fraud in the 2020 general election. His response was that he had done a complete investigation and found NO fraud. When asked for a copy of the report describing his investigation, he didn't have one. Not only did he not have one, he lied and delayed admitting he did not have one for several weeks, in order to get himself through his contested 2022 primary first.

Robert Evnen says our elections are secure. Why should we believe him? We shouldn’t. He's a known liar and has no proof. Moreover, everything is done in secret. I recently filed a Public Records Request with the Lancaster County Election Commissioner for the directions he follows in uploading election results on election night. He sent me six pages of nothing but total blackout (redactions). What are Evnen and Wiltgen hiding? I thought Evnen and Wiltgen had a secure connection for uploading results? 

Actually, they don't. Evnen and Wiltgen use private software in every aspect of our elections. 

- ES&S is private. Evnen and Wiltgen think they count our votes honestly, but they have no proof. ES&S counts our votes in secret. No one from the public is allowed to secure the People's interest in obtaining honest vote-counts.

- The Albert Sensors are private. Evnen thinks these sensors protect against cyber attack. They provide no such protection. All they do is monitor internet traffic...and provide access to everything our state is doing online. 

- BPro/Knowink/Totalvote is private. They "manage" our election night "election results" uploads. Wait. I thought counties uploaded their election results directly to the Secretary's state website? Think again. Here's the upload link one county provided me. That is not a state website. Wiltgen wouldn't even let me see that link when he "answered" my request. BPro/Knowink/Totalvote have a very disturbing history. See here, from Jessica Pollema and the great patriots of South Dakota.

There is good reason to believe that what we see on TV on election night is a complete charade. Bad actors have several avenues into our election systems, and they can manipulate our vote any way they want to. There's a reason the swamp in our federal government paid states billions of dollars to take the machines—so they could control everything. (Trump only made it through in 2016 because white hats, with a plan to save America, prevented the steal. They could have done the same in 2020, but nothing would have changed after that. The depth of corruption needed to be exposed, and America needed time to wake up to it and rise up against it. Judgment day is coming.)

If all this is true, why don't we hear any challenges to the security of our elections from mainstream media? Because they've all been bought. "Covid" proved they are all enemies of the People when they engaged in nonstop, lockstep fear-mongering.

Enven says counties can't remove the machines and do hand counts instead. He is lying. There is no law against hand counts and he's not King Robert. Our counties have autonomy in local elections, per our Constitution:

Nebraska State Constitution Article III-18
The Legislature shall not pass local or special laws in any of the following cases, that is to say:
The opening and conducting of any election, or designating the place of voting. 

Nebraska State Constitution Article I-26
Powers retained by people.
This enumeration of rights shall not be construed to impair or deny others, retained by the people, and all powers not herein delegated, remain with the people.

Robert Evnen is conducting lawfare against the People of Nebraska (otherwise known as psychological warfare) when he says our elections are secure.

Evnen needs to acquaint himself with constitutional, representative, separation-of-powers, checks-and-balances, compound government. All power ultimately resides with the People. People delegate their power to government to empower that government to do one thing, protect and secure their rights. Whenever any form of government becomes destructive of this end, it is the right of the People to alter or abolish it, and institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form as to them shall seem most likely to secure their safety and happiness.

The primary purpose for the Second Amendment is to provide for the security of a free State. The longer we go without transparent and publicly verifiable elections, the greater the threat grows to our God-given rights and freedom, and the more likely we are to end up in deadly conflict. That's not a threat. That's just a fact, verified by a history we just finished celebrating.

another busload of immigrants at Walmart in Kearney yesterday, this time it was an older school bus with no numbers or anything on it or where it was from! I wanna know where they're putting them here in Nebraska! it angers me that we're not being told about them, where they are going!! that we have a lousy governor, and legislature, that would even tolerate them coming into our state😡 Lord help us quickly! … There isn't enough jails to hold all these politicians in Washington DC and in our home states! Praying for us all now this morning!!
