Dear Friends,

I paid the Lancaster County Board a visit this morning. I thought it went well. I felt God’s Spirit with me, thanks to the prayers of the Saints. We’ll know better after I get a chance to review it (tomorrow morning), after which I’ll send it out.

Before I left for the Board meeting this morning, I sent the letter/email below to Mr. Mike Foley, Nebraska Auditor of Public Accounts. I wanted him to find it upon arriving in his office this morning. My objective was to buttress last week’s request for an investigation into SoS office misuse of public funds.

This material will be more appealing to techie people, don’t feel bad if you are not one of them, you can still get the gist.

This battle out of Texas with ES&S just came to my attention.

It is the "why" behind illegally centralizing election expenses in Nebraska (i.e., the misuse of public funds by the SoS office).

Quoting:

Recently Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton ruled that Texas election administrators were required to provide the [ES&S] “Audit Logs” and “Election Records” that we had been requesting.

The push back from ES&S is telling.

Quoting the last article:

In either case this is concealment of state and federal crimes and it is irrefutable evidence of their undermining the will of voters for their own personal benefit causing irreparable harm to . . . voters and the legitimacy of the functioning of [state] and Federal government.

This actual disenfranchisement of voters is the total disregard of and removal of the consent by the governed. This activity has occurred in such a manner that it materially impacted every single election . . . since at least 2014.

It's a national problem. The above quote applies to Maryland, but the problem exists everywhere ES&S election manipulation computers are sold.  ES&S is the largest vendor for such machines.

Much thanks to our South Dakota friend and fellow election integrity warrior Jessica Polema for bringing this writer to my attention.

I told the Lancaster County Board this morning that some interesting headlines had come out about ES&S recently. I told them that ES&S’s secret, corrupt election fraud practices will come back to bite the company in the rear this year, and when they do, they will bite Evnen and Bena and all of them as well.
