every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit
Dear Friends,
I just reviewed my testimony before our Lancaster County Board of Commissioners yesterday. I was a bit under-prepared and thought, after pausing so much during the presentation, that it wouldn’t be worth sharing. But after reviewing, I’ve decided it’s “good enough”…for now. Sometimes (actually, many times), less words are better than more words. But a few more choice words on my part would have certainly made the presentation much better.

Penny played her role perfectly, especially given she only had a moment’s notice. If I play my role better next week, she’ll be able to shine even more.
That’s right, we are going to do it again next week. Stand by. Repetition. You don’t drill a hole in a 2X4 with one turn of the drill bit. And some people’s heads are much thicker and harder than a 2X4.
Okay. I’m going to keep this short…or try.
The only other thing I want to share, besides the Scripture passage below, before I leave you with this edition, is this thought:
EVERY EXCUSE Bena and Evnen use to deny We the People transparent and verifiable elections must be considered lawfare. In other words, legal warfare. They are literally engaging in legal warfare against We the People of the State of Nebraska. Corrupt elections, caused by corrupt government, constitute government-caused “public danger,” because they are threat to every other one of our God-given rights.
Please take note, “public danger” is constitutional language. See Amendment 5 below.
“No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”
U.S. Constitution, Amendment 5
Trump has plainly said, numerous times, that We are at War, and that he is a wartime President.
But a word of caution. None of this is intended to encourage anyone to go off half-cocked. Amendment 2 doesn’t say “A half-cocked Militia, being necessary to the security of a free state…” It says, “A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free state…”
What is a “well-regulated Militia”??
“[W]ell-regulated” is (should be) self-explanatory. The term Militia, not so much. So let me help you out.
The term Militia finds its meaning in common law. Here are a few quotes from Black’s Law Dictionary:
”ARMY. The armed forces of a nation intended for military service on land. An "army" is a body of men whose business is war, while the "militia" is a body of men composed of citizens occupied temporarily in the pursuit of civil life, but organized by discipline and drill, and called into the field for temporary military service when the exigencies of the country require it.”
BELLIGERENTS. A body of insurgents who by reason of their temporary organized government are regarded as conducting lawful hostilities. Also, militia, corps of volunteers, and others, who although not part of the regular army of the state, are regarded as lawful combatants provided they observe the laws of war.
MILITIA. The body of citizens in a state, enrolled for discipline as a military force, but not engaged in actual service except in emergencies, as distinguished from regular troops or a standing army.
MILITIAMEN. Comprehends every temporary citizen-soldier who in time of war or emergency enters active military service of the country.
Remember who the enemy is.
In 1776, the enemy was the Government. Government has a long history of sliding into corruption and using that corruption to stay in power.
All freedom-and-America-loving young male citizens should be/become trained combatants. For love and the security of our Homeland.

Nor is any of this is designed to make anyone afraid, either.
Fear is not from God, unless you’re on the wrong team. God is our Refuge, Fortress and Strength. We appeal to Him (or ought to) for the rectitude of our intentions.
It is also my conviction that Trump is fighting for us, with lots of help. But, just like the vaccines, you have to take measures to protect yourself. It’s about personal responsibility.
Last but not least, here’s the passage:
Ye shall know them (Evnen and Bena) by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. (Mat 7:16-19)

Until blood is spilled, most times half-cocked is better than using that as an excuse to do nothing, IMHO. Exceptions, of course.
BTW, Within my postcard plan is to solicit donations to print more postcards; I'll work on designing a small sign for that. Plus I hope to design a large sign made up of letter-size components to be transparent package-taped together...for the frugal signature gatherers like me, so to speak.
