election mirage

Dear Friends,

I just sent the following letter to all the usual election crime suspects (both actors and observers). I’m preparing them for some big news next week, providing all goes as planned.

Subject: Wayne Bena and the mirage he calls our elections

Public "Servants" and Fellow Citizens,

Rumor has it, Ricketts gave money to candidates for their campaign on the condition they not talk about election integrity. If that was the case, anyone who accepted those conditions became an instant flunky.

Moving on to election integrity. Here's the rundown.

1) All of Nebraska's county voter rolls are centralized (in ONE PLACE) on/in the cloud (aka, internet), where they can be easily abused by election hackers. Voter rolls are the foundation of our elections. Bena only allows NE citizens to have a snapshot of those rolls once a month, at a price tag of $500.00, a huge deterrent to citizens seeking to verify our elections. Voter rolls should be readily available public information. Not in NE.

2) Bena doesn't keep a list of who votes/voted in a given election, making it easier for bad actors to cheat, and impossible for citizens to audit our elections.

3) Mail-in ballots have no chain-of-custody (duh). Signature verification is a myth. Bad actors can easily grab signatures from online/digital sources, assuming they want to be "conscientious" about their cheating. 

4) Our election "results" are uploaded by our counties to a third party vendor, where, once again, the data can be easily used to manipulate overall results on the fly. Not all counties report at the same time.

5) Our county election officials are very poorly trained by Bena and ES&S. 

6) Our county election officials have been lied to by Wayne Bena about tabulator ballot images and cast vote records.

7) There is nothing immoral or unconstitutional about releasing ballot images and cast vote records.

8) Ballot images and cast vote records were designed to enable ballot races to be audited.

9) A precinct audit is not a race audit. A small percentage of precinct audits do not determine the outcome of a race.

10) Bena's audits are a mirage.

11) Our citizens have been lied to, in wholesale fashion, by Bena...and his protector—Evnen.

12) ES&S tabulators create an image of each ballot from which voter selection marks are tabulated and tallied, i.e., converted to digital spreadsheet marks (cast vote records) from which votes are tallied.

a given collection or column of votes is totaled

13) Ballot images and cast vote records are created by every ES&S tabulator, just as we have always claimed.

14) Bena doesn't want transparency in our elections. There's only one reason for that—corruption/cheating. Bena and Evnen are public enemies Number One and Two. Take your pick on which is which. 

15) We have all the proof we need of the above facts. It's only a matter of time before we let the cat out of the bag. When we do, the People will be madder than hell...but they won't be the only ones.
