Dear Friends,
A reminder that Dr. Frank will be in York this evening.
county sovereignty
I was told yesterday (thank you, Kenneth Anderson) that one of our counties wanted more information on county sovereignty in their elections . So I sent them the following:
Dear Xxxxxx County Commissioners and Clerk Xxxxxx—
I was asked by Kenneth Anderson to provide you with some information. I hope that request is in line with your interests.
I have argued at length for the sovereignty of our counties and their elections from the nature of a compound constitutional republic, from our statutes and from common sense.
State law says "the cost of preparing for and conducting elections shall be a county expense." NRS 32-1201. (See full citation below)
County payment of county elections infers county ownership of those elections.
The purpose of counties and county-based elections is to decentralize power and enable local self-government through locally-owned elections. (Our founders were both weary and wary of centralized power that only facilitates tyranny.
Counties (and subdivisions thereof) are the only places we conduct elections in this state. [We only have county election offices.]
Elections belong to the People of our counties, not to state government, not to a secret private company like ES&S and certainly not to Bena or Evnen.
But that county ownership has been hijacked by our SoS office, through hoodwinking, threats and federal/state bribes—here's a free machine that will make your clerk's life easier (what they don't say is that it will make everyone else's lives worse).
But one-day in-person voting (with very few exceptions) with precinct-based hand counts makes everyone's lives easier, emotionally, financially, socially, etc.
NRS 32-1201.
Costs of election; payment; county expense.
The county board shall draw warrants in payment of all bills submitted by the election commissioner or county clerk related to the cost of any election conducted by the office of the election commissioner or county clerk. Except as otherwise provided in subsection (4) of section 32-1203, the initial payment for bills submitted to the election commissioner or county clerk for the cost of preparing for and conducting elections shall be a county expense. The compensation of the election commissioner or county clerk, the deputy election commissioner or deputy county clerk for elections, and all permanent employees of the election commissioner or county clerk, the expenditures for the rental, furnishing, and equipping of the office of the election commissioner or county clerk, the expenditures for necessary office supplies, books, documents, and appurtenances relating to or used in performing the duties of the election commissioner or county clerk in relation to elections, and the cost of elections for county, state, and federal governments shall be an apportioned county expense and shall not be chargeable to other political subdivisions.
You can find more of what I have to say on the subject at the links below (I am more than happy to respond to any questions you might have):

Here's one for commissioners. About half way through, I quote one of my own Lancaster County Commissioners who recently asked what her role was in our elections. I provided her with the answer:

This is an earlier work wherein I argued from our Constitution and Statutes for county sovereignty in our elections:

Thank you for your considerations. Election interference/fraud is an existential threat to the entire American experiment in self-government and Liberty. The Salvation of the State is Watchfulness in the Citizen. But we can't watch or be involved in our vote counts?? That is a serious violation of a most fundamental right. Secret software machine counts are a violation of our most fundamental rights.
We the People have been asleep, but we are now awake and ready to resume our role as watchers and counters.
Clerks needn't worry. We have plenty of People standing by to help with transparent and verifiable hand vote-counts, after all voters have been validated.
While state statutes gives our counties eight weeks to return election results, it takes nowhere near that when counting by hand. A couple hours at worst. You conduct them the same way the votes were recorded and counted for our most recent Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson.
Good day and God bless,
Robert J. Borer
That’s it.
P.S. Listen here (it’s very short) to Elon say that the best value for your money is local races, not national ones. He also said you don’t actually have to change laws, you just have to change how they are enforced, which is why Soros paid to get far left prosecutors and public defenders “elected” across the country.

See you tonight.
"Long live Robert Borer" is my initial reaction. Thank you, Bob! If I recognize anyone tonight from the Board of that county, I'll ask them if they're willing to be recognized formally.
I'd sure like Dr. Frank to reiterate that he only needs one solitary county in Nebraska to cooperate so he can mathematically prove fraud exists
Praying the 💡 breaks through the darkness!
