90 min conference call with Gen Michael Flynn yesterday
I sat in on a conference call with Gen Flynn yesterday. I was one of 26 people on the call.
The General was very serious. Here are some rough notes:
He said he wouldn’t give another dime to the RNC or to any local chapter of the GOP. He said we should only give money directly to people we believe in. He said the RNC focuses on their own pockets. He said not one republican governor has stood up and showed the courage needed to take our country back. He said not one republican governor has been willing to stand up and say that 2020 was stolen…and the reason for that is pure selfish personal ambition. He said we need to focus on taking our counties back, with America First Candidates. He said we’re not going to fix our country at the federal level, it must happen at the county level. He said the country is in a moment of peril and we need warrior leadership. He said we don’t currently have that kind of leadership in the party. He said the states are allowing the federal government to run over them. He said if nothing changes before 2024, our country is done. He said, in so many words, that 2023 is going to be very interesting.

I didn’t take everything he said as gospel, but it was a great interview. He’s in full support of Trump. He took questions, but I just listened and took notes.

Senator Clements praises Evnen
I sent the following letter to Sen Clements Thursday, when I found out, via a FB post someone sent me, that he was praising Evnen for our “elections.”

Dear Senator Clements-
It appears that you despise local control?
It appears that you support centralized government, with no checks and balances?
It appears you believe the salvation of the state is trust in the citizen, and not watchfulness in the citizen?
It appears that you support the tyrannical will of Evnen over the will of the People to whom our elections belong?
Are you aware that state statute says, "The Election Act shall be liberally construed so that THE WILL OF THE REGISTERED VOTERS IS NOT DEFEATED BY ... the conducting of any election or the certifying of the results of the election"?
Are you aware that the will of registered voters IS being defeated, 1) by the fact that our elections are not transparent, and 2) by the fact that we aren’t allowed to verify election "results"?
Were the hand counts that Evnen bamboozled you with managed by a third party? Are you aware that his machine error rate is way over the allowable one-in-10,000,000 ballot positions? Do you know how easy it is to bypass a few counties and still cheat massively?
Have you done a background check yet on the guy who wrote the code that "counts" our votes?
Why does Evnen tyrannically refuse to allow counties to conduct manually counted elections, if hand-counting is the gold-standard?
I think Evnen sold you some "ocean front" property in Omaha, and you used a huge amount of taxpayer funds to pay for it.
We don't trust you, because our founding fathers didn't trust you.
You're supposed to be a check on the other branches, not a trusting doormat.

Constitutional carry
While at the Capitol yesterday, I found out that a constitutional carry bill had just been posted. You can read it here: LB77.

LB77 is a bill for an act relating to firearms to provide for the carrying of a concealed handgun without a permit.

Um, pardon me, but we already have that. We already have permitless carry in our Constitution, the supreme law of Nebraska.

Our rights come from God, not the Legislature. Everything would be a lot easier if our Legislature understood that. But then, maybe they do understand it, and they just prefer playing God. (“The Legislature giveth, and the Legislature taketh away.”)

The Legislature had no more business requiring us to get a permit to carry in the first place (open or concealed), than it has requiring us to get a permit to exercise our God-given right to pursue happiness.

Did our state founders stand around and wait for the Legislature to create a permit before they would carry a concealed weapon? They would have laughed at the idea.

Constitutional carry is doing what our Constitution affirms (duh)—exercising our God-given right to carry, and that right “shall not be denied or infringed by the state or any subdivision thereof” (barring criminal conviction).

The Constitution doesn’t need any help from legislators. We don’t need our legislators giving us permission to do what our Constitution already acknowledges we have the right to do. They just need to repeal the nonsensical “legislation,” acknowledge our Constitution and God-given rights, and move on. And we owe them no gratitude for doing so.

I pray to God our Legislators spend more time reading our Constitution.

Plandemic Doc
One last thing. I wrote our local school board on Friday. On it sits a certain plandemic doctor (Rauner) who loves to fear-monger and spout propaganda. Here’s my short letter:
