2 a huge conflict of interest
Bob Evnen paid ES&S millions of your hard-earned tax dollars to count the votes for his reelection. Could there be a bigger conflict of interest anywhere on the planet?? ES&S has every incentive to reelect Evnen. Allowing such an open and blatant conflict of interest to stand is criminal. Where’s our AG? (He’s hiding, because he’s not a fighter for our Constitution.)
3 complicated letters
People have been encouraged to write complicated letters to their county election officials requesting complicated “election” machine data. As far as NE goes, these letters have all been written. The requests have all been denied. Of course, inundating an election official with multiple such requests certainly sends a stronger message than one request, but how about something like the following? (I sent the following response to a concerned and caring citizen and friend who sent me a draft of one such “complicated” letter for me to review.):
Dear (caring citizen),
You are making a complicated request. Your clerk knows you didn't write it. I would simply ask your county clerk why you should trust her administration of your elections. She offers no transparency or verifiability that the results are honest and true. Your votes are counted in a black box by complicated software and no one is allowed to see how that software is counting your votes. There's a definite history of cheating with these machines (see here: https://votinglies.com/), precisely because it is very easy to cheat with them, and also because there are huge incentives to cheat.
Our founding fathers understood that power tends to be addicting and intoxicating. Hence government tends to go astray and become self-serving and tyrannical, if not replaced often. That tendency is why our founders created a system of government that requires separate powers and checks and balances at every level…oh, and why they created elections.
The checks and balances only work if we have elections often and if the elections are honest.
Tell your election official that an honorable person would provide transparent and verifiable elections to their citizens, so they can know their election results are honest.
There’s only one reason to not be transparent. Someone is hiding something.

Just my two cents. Use your own judgment. The same tactic doesn’t work everywhere. I appreciate everyone’s efforts. None of us are perfect, and war is messy.
Just let your clerk know that secret vote-counting is not the way to conduct elections. Keep speaking that truth and it will set us free.

Today, doctors and scientists who challenge the approved narrative are maligned, their reputations trashed.
They risk losing their license to practice as well as having their homes and workplace raided by SWAT teams.
The moral significance of the Nuremberg Code cannot be overstated.

6 yes! …i AM running!
Yes, I’m running for Governor of the State of Nebraska. I’ve never waivered. It’s about a cause. That cause is government of, by and for the People. We can’t have that without election integrity.
If you want a fighter who will restore the rule of law, by first bringing transparency and verifiability to our elections, and second, by resurrecting our poor discarded State Constitution, you know who to vote for. I won’t mess around. Your rights will NOT be denied or infringed by a tyrannical government at any level.
Why would anyone want to vote for Pillen? Because he has an “R” behind his name? That’s not a reason. That’s what got us here.
Has Pillen said anything about election integrity, the most critical issue of our time? No. Because he’s part of a cabal that wants to keep government corruption hidden from public view. Government corruption is the foundation of all other corruption. A corrupt government won’t prosecute crime.
Has Pillen ever decried the tyrannical mandates? No. He’s a globalist. He plays with China. Nebraska and America do not come first with him. Jim comes first with him.
Has Pillen said anything about what’s going on at UNL as reported here and here?

This above write-in vote is serialized by the presence of the dollar bill to provide distinction from other write-in votes. The machine cannot read a write-in vote. It must be kicked out and hand-counted. The only thing left after taking a picture of your write-in vote (with a dollar bill) is to send a picture of it to a designated place. This enables us to audit the election office hand-count, thereby keeping them honest.
We can do this.
Do we want fair elections and government of, by and for the People, or not?????
It’s a small extra effort that will pay huge dividends.
Pass it along.
If we still have the machines around come the next election (I doubt we will), this is a great strategy. If we’ve managed to get rid of them before then, great! But we still need a way to audit our election. If election administrators don’t provide a way, we will be ready.

Letter to our “Government”:
Subject: evnen, peterson and ricketts are itching to destroy our 2020 "election" records
Members of the Legislature,
You are hereby served notice that Mr. Evnen & Co can't wait to destroy our November 3rd 2020 election records. (Please prove me wrong.)
Who will stop him??
Here's the lunacy of it.
NRS 32-1036 requires "election results" to be retained for "at least five years" while NRS 32-1032 only requires the "election materials" that substantiate those results to be kept for "twenty-two months."
Who writes these statutes? ...and by what rationale? Please advise. The Election Act is an absolute disaster, as is Evnen's administration of it. He needs to resign. He doesn't have the energy to administer real elections. He didn't even know Shively took $404,000 from a radical partisan leftist by the name of Mark Zuckerberg whose purpose was to corrupt our elections. Evnen is asleep at the wheel!! ...or worse.
Nebraska Revised Statute 32-1036.
Election results; reporting requirements; fee authorized.
The election commissioner or county clerk shall report to the Secretary of State all election results of statewide primary and general elections by precinct within eight weeks after the county canvass of such elections for President, Vice President, United States Senate, United States House of Representatives, members of the Legislature, members of the Public Service Commission, and the offices of Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, Auditor of Public Accounts, State Treasurer, and Attorney General. The Secretary of State shall retain the election results for at least five years and shall collate, arrange, computerize, or publish reports arranging the election results. The Secretary of State may charge a fee as provided in section 33-101 for copies of such election results.Nebraska Revised Statute 32-1032.
County canvassing board; election materials; preservation; duration.
Upon the completion of the canvass by the county canvassing board, all books shall again be sealed, and the election commissioner or county clerk shall keep all election materials, including the ballots-cast containers from each precinct, the sealed envelopes containing the precinct list of registered voters, the precinct sign-in register, the official summary or summaries of votes cast, and the container for early voting materials, for not less than twenty-two months when statewide primary, general, or special elections involve federal offices, candidates, and issues and not less than fifty days for local elections not held in conjunction with a statewide primary, general, or special election. The election commissioner or county clerk shall keep on file one copy of each ballot face used in each precinct of the official partisan, nonpartisan, constitutional amendment, and initiative and referendum ballots, as used for voting, and all election notices used at each primary and general election for twenty-two months. The precinct sign-in register, the record of early voters, and the official summary of votes cast shall be subject to the inspection of any person who may wish to examine the same after the primary, general, or special election. The election commissioner or county clerk shall not allow any other election materials to be inspected, including ballots and provisional ballot envelopes, except when an election is contested or the materials become necessary to be used in evidence in the courts. The election commissioner or county clerk shall direct the destruction of such materials after such time, except that the election commissioner or county clerk may retain materials for the purposes of establishing voter histories.
One last thing. It's a crime that the election officials for our three biggest counties are not elected by We the People. These people are supposed to be servants of We the People and we have no way of holding them accountable!! Incredible. Moreover, they alone have the potential to control the entire state. This arrangement is a wholesale trashing of We the People's God-given right to "government of, by and for the People." These officials can do anything they want because there's no check and balance, no accountability, no transparency and no verifiability.
Our SoS office is not even sure they can conduct a simple recount without the intervention of ES&S personnel. The screenshot below comes from a recent public records request I made. LD18 is Brian Kruse's territory (Douglas County). Notice the first bullet. "If you need ES&S site support..."
Our election officials are NOT running our elections! ES&S is!! And ES&S does not have a reputable history! Far from it. Evnen is lying.
The last thing I will point out is, Why is Kruse conducting a recount (audit) of his own work?????????
