Dear Friends,
I just want to share a short letter I sent to members of the Legislature, the SoS office and the AG’s office yesterday afternoon:
Dear Senators,
Evnen can't even keep track of our ballots (see story here), let alone maintain that all-important chain-of-custody that is so vital to evidence integrity—whether the setting be a court of law or an election office on election night. (Signatures alone aren't evidence of chain-of-custody, or even of a person's signature.)
Did Evnen ever find those ballots?? Did he conduct an investigation? Does he have an investigative report? Were 25,000 people disenfranchised? The last time he said he conducted an investigation into something election-related and I asked for his investigative report, he had nothing. I must have caught him and his staff off guard, because all they could do was lie and play games.
Last but not least, Evnen uses a private third party internet application (TotalVote) for the transfer of election results on election night from the counties to the state. The CEO for the parent company (BPro) is a Ukranian. What could go wrong with this arrangement?
Is anyone watching? I'm here to help, if not.
The Salvation of the State is Watchfulness.

Chain of custody and evidence integrity are every bit as important in elections as in court rooms. In elections, the evidence that requires chain of custody is of course the paper ballot, legally cast.
Evnen is either clueless about chain of custody and evidence integrity or he’s an enemy of the state. (But remember, he’s a trained lawyer, so he can’t be clueless.)
Why won’t they let us see our ballots and verify our election results?
Again, there’s only one reason. They’re hiding something. Something bad.
God Bless,
Robert J. Borer
Keep up the pressure. God Bless!
He needs GONE!! So does Pillen all these evil minions! Pray pray that they are all completely exposed and held accountable
