“And his mercy is on them that FEAR him…”
—Mary, mother of the Son of God (Luk 1:50)
Dear Friends,
We live in a time of lawless (and cowardly) “Christianity,” which really is no Christianity at all.
According to the modern “church” (by-and-large), the grace of God is no longer a call (and an empowerment) to obey God, but a license to disobey Him, with impunity.
Such “Christianity” has no fear of God in it. It follows “another Jesus.” (2Co 11:4)
Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils… (1Ti 4:1)
This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. (2Ti 3:1-5)
> > > > God calls us to “be holy.” And He’s not talking about some weak, paintywaist kind of holiness. Jesus the Christ was a real, rugged, blue-collar man who called a spade a spade and overthrew tables and seats. < < < <
According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love.. (Eph 1:4)
No good thing can come from profaning the name and honor of God.
The church is called to be the salt of the earth and stand for righteousness (not cower to some corrupt, self-serving, power-hungry political party).
do nebraskans prefer bread and circuses over liberty?
Augustus, the first Roman emperor, had wiped out meaningful elections and any semblance of a republic. Romans were no longer able to have an impact on government decisions through elected politicians…
“Bread and circuses” describes well how ancient Rome placated its citizens with free food and entertainment… To keep the people satisfied and unquestioning of the government, emperors provided free bread and daily entertainment. But, there was no generosity here, it was simply pragmatic to maintain their political and military power structure across three continents.

…
“Bread and Circus” are “political strategies calculated to appease a population and divert attention from controversial or failed policies with populist welfare programs…” He further explains, “public support is thus created not through exceptional public service and effective public policy, but through diversion, and patronage.”
The Oxford Reference provides the following definition:
“A term referring to the potential of spectator sports and mass spectacle to divert populations or factions of a population away from the weightier business of politics and society.” —thehill.com
I’ll let you answer the question in the title of this section.
asinine attempts
The covid narrative was created to inflict psychological, physiological, sociological and economic harm to advance a plan for a new world order.
Included in that plan was putting the final nail in the coffin of our already dead electoral process (the means by which we allegedly give our consent and secure our God-given rights).
Few saw the condition our electoral process was in before 2020, so the steal had to be allowed to happen in order to wake people up. (Yes, the steal could have been prevented, but with the people asleep, that prevention would have been very short-lived.)
So Trump sounded the alarm in 2020. In no uncertain terms, he told us that the deep state was going to steal the election.
That alarm woke some people up. They crawled out of bed and started working.
Others hit the snooze button and went back to sleep.
The alarm is now going off again. Another election is being undeniably stolen before our eyes. (Why are they so brazenly stealing another election? Because they know judgment day—aka gitmo—is coming if they don’t “win” again.)
Will we push the snooze button again and go back to sleep, or will we get up and go to work fixing the problem??
I’m expecting the military to step in at some point (for several reasons)—I could be wrong. Regardless, We the People must stand up, let our voices be heard and keep letting them be heard until things change. (If we don’t rise up and let our voices be heard, the military may be disinclined to step in.)
Where should we direct our voices?
We should direct them toward our corrupt state government. They’ve had two years now to fix our elections and they’ve done absolutely nothing about it.
Every law-making attempt that does not overtly advance full transparency and verifiability in our elections is an ASININE attempt. Tell them that. Call them names. Call them cowards. Call them traitors. Express your outrage. (If you don’t think Jesus called the good-for-nothing, self-righteous Pharisees names, read the gospels.)
The email addresses for all of our so-called state elected servants are available below. Copy and paste them into an email. Tell them how you feel, and keep telling them every day until they fix it.
At the same time, pray without ceasing for God’s intervention.
Only the wisdom and power of God can save us. But WE must want it…MORE than we want bread and circuses.
God responded to the cries of His people in bondage in Egypt. He will do it again.
…and He will likely do it through men.
Your humble servant,
Robert J. Borer
