and a little unfinished business

I just got back from my County Board meeting. Listen and watch here, or by clicking on the image below

Here’s the transcript:

Why???

Why were private computer companies that specialize in vote rigging allowed to lobby and buy their way into control over our elections?

Why did state and county election officials across the nation sell out?

Why did Bob Evnen quit a large law firm to take a 5-figure job?

Why was he allowed to indulge in a conflict of interest and oversee his own re-election?

Why was he allowed to choose who got to count his votes, but no one else was allowed that choice? 

Why are Bob Evnen and Wayne Bena so BEHOLDEN to ES&S? [Secretary and Deputy Secretary]

Why do ES&S computers keep two sets of books. That’s right, I said, TWO SETS OF BOOKS, when it comes to "tallying" our votes?

Why is there no transparency or verifiability in our election process???

. . .  or in our election equipment?

Why can you not see see that using PROPRIETARY software to conduct PUBLIC BUSINESS at PUBLIC EXPENSE is a serious problem?

This is a nonpartisan issue for me.

Republicans and Democrats alike have been cheating in elections using computerized tabulators for a long time.

Democrats and Republicans alike have been COMPLAINING that the other side has been stealing elections with computerized tabulators for a long time.

Clinton complained in 2016 that Trump stole the election.

Trump complained in 2020 that Biden stole the election.

Bear in mind that all such complaints are not created equal.

The point is, you all know that the PEACEFUL TRANSFER OF POWER IS ONLY GUARANTEED when elections are transparent and verifiably accurate.

You all KNOW this. Nations crumble and fall over this issue.

Yet you say and do nothing when secret vote counts are going on right under your noses. 

THAT is a huge problem.

The reason is obvious. You benefited from these secret vote counts. That is all that matters to you.

I WISH we could say together, 

in this existential war over the foundation of our compound constitutional republic,

. . . in this existential war for the simple truth in our elections,

. . . in this existential war for transparent and verifiably accurate elections,

. . . in the existential war for government OF, BY and FOR the People UNDER God,

I wish we could ALL say TOGETHER, in this existential war, 

the following . . .  "with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge TO EACH OTHER our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor."

I wish we could all do this. I really do.

But alas, some of us do not want the truth.

Some of us do not want Liberty and Justice for all. 

Some of us prefer to live by lies instead of by the truth. 

Some of us prefer to watch the country descend into division and civil unrest again.

We are being given every opportunity here.

An opportunity to Defend our Constitution as you promised you would.

But because people in your position across the country are refusing to do what they promised,

We are not likely to see a general election on time this year, and I’m very serious about that.

There will be too much turmoil.

The rule of law will have to be restored.

And when it does, your jobs will likely be collateral damage. 

A constitutional reset will be in order.

The American people deserve and they will demand, honest, transparent public servants before this is all over.
