Dear Friends,
We referenced the Nebraska Auditor of Public Accounts in pt 1.
We can safely say that Mike Foley, the elected head of the APA, and his team, have been very busy lately. Actually, I think they’ve been very busy since he took office.
And it stands to reason. It’s only been obvious for several millennia that men are not angels. Madison pointed this out in Federalist 51.
Lots of people like to cheat. And they don’t stop cheating just because they take a position in government.
Hence the need for checks and balances.
ALERT: WE CANNOT TRUST ANYONE IN GOVERNMENT TO HONESTLY MIND THEMSELVES. The temptation to abuse power is strong, especially if they think no one is watching.
Our state founders understood this, which is why they established the Office of the Nebraska Auditor of Public Accounts well before we became a State in 1867. The territorial Legislature created the Office in1855. It was then formally established as a state office with statehood.
Let me give you the latest example from the APA’s work of a Nebraska government official cheating:
At the top of a list of “Recent Publications Released" on the Auditor’s government website (see here) there’s this report titled “Village of Farnam Letter.”
Darcy Gurule served as Clerk for the Village of Farnam. As such, she “had oversight and control over the Village’s financial and utility billing processes…”
A recent audit by the APA revealed that she decided not to bill herself for 22 months of utility service between January 1, 2019, through July 31, 2024.
In other words, she cheated the Village out of a couple thousand dollars, or tried to, anyway. The plot was foiled by the APA’s audit.
We are very thankful to Foley and Team for their work auditing financials for cheating, but who is auditing our elections for cheating?? It’s very easy to cheat in elections when no one is watching. And the fact is, no one in Nebraska is watching what the software in the computerized tabulators is doing with our vote counts. No one is allowed to watch.
Not only can computerized vote counts be easily manipulated, so can the voter rolls and any extra ballots.
No one is auditing any of this. It’s the most retarded/insane thing ever.
There is absolutely no furnishment whatsoever of any real checks and balances in our elections, as Madison instructed in Federalist 51:
Not only are there no checks and balances, but all of the state’s elections, state and local, are centralized in one secret, private company. Again, we are insane for allowing this.
The two people who are supposed to be the guardians/auditors of our elections, SoS Bob Evnen and Deputy Wayne Bena are the perpetrators of defrauding us of election transparency and verifiability. They have betrayed us. We are not getting any help from either of them.
Bena makes $150,000+/yr (not counting kickbacks) sitting on his you-know-what.
The insanity has to end. And the only way it does is that we all make noise.
Evnen and Bena shouldn’t be allowed to walk done the street without be scolded and reprimanded.
That’s it. Thank you for reading and God bless.

P.S. Mike Foley sits on the state canvassing board. His signature helps certify the state’s election results. Mike should NOT be signing that document when he doesn’t have any evidence whatsoever that the results are accurate. Mike is failing is his capacity as a check and balance on state election fraud. We don’t just assume the men/women around us are doing their job. They have to prove it.
The perfect reason to place county grand jury ordinances in every county as the Founding Fathers intended. It us, the dutiful, of WE THE PEOPLE that will superintend our local governments. It’s time to get Americans educated on how to do this. It’s our duty to oversee, not allow our workers to do as they see fit but as we allow through our state and federal laws.
Keep educating the masses.
That Darcy Gurule (Village of Farnam) is registered R, but lives with apparent spouse who is D. She probably is only R to get elected while voting D.
