Dear Friends,
Spent last week in Mexico for my wife’s daughter’s wedding.
Back to the groove. Got right to it this morning. Visited our SoS office for a copy of our state voter rolls (for analysis). I was prepared for the shakedown. $500 plus my signature on a threatening affidavit.
^^^^That’s no way loading our voter file to the above CD cost them anything close to $500.00. Maybe $5.00, but not $500.00. It’s highway robbery. (I’m filing a complaint with the AG’s office. See below.) They are only trying to deter concerned and watchful citizens. Why? Because voter roll stuffing is standard election fraud practice.
Worse still is the fact that they can’t/won’t provide a list of everyone who votes in a given election. That’s obstruction.
Our SoS office and our elections are being run by gangsters who have outsourced our elections to private interests. Mollie Hemmingway says that’s a bad idea:
Some functions of government are so sacred they must not ever be overtaken by outside interests.
Free and fair elections are a crucial aspect of our Constitutional republic. Wealthy and powerful individuals messing with the integrity of our elections is a grave matter requiring careful oversight. When stated plainly, the issue here should be agreed upon by all Americans: The people counting our votes should not be partisans, and the counting of America’s votes should not be privately funded by activist billionaires.
Allowing the private takeover of government election offices undermines trust in government at the deepest levels. (Partial video HERE.)
Affidavit
“I hereby swear that I will use the list of registered voters of the State of Nebraska only for the purposes prescribed in section 32-330 and for no other purpose, that I will not permit the use or copying of such list for unauthorized purposes, and that I will not post, display, or make such list accessible on the Internet.
“I hereby declare under the penalty of election falsification that the statements above are true to the best of my knowledge.
“The penalty for election falsification is a Class IV felony.” (See HERE and HERE.)
My complaint
In an attempt to push back on the above price, I filed the following petition with our weak AG’s office. Below is my correspondence with them—written while in Mexico (no reply yet):
To: AGO - Department of Justice <NEDOJ@nebraska.gov>,
AGO Info Help <ago.info.help@nebraska.gov>
Subject: Public Records Petition
AG's Office,
Our state's digital voter file is a public record.
It doesn't take $500.00 to make a portable digital copy of that file.
Please review [the response from the SoS office below] and advise.

Dear Robert Borer,
This email is regarding your records request received by our office on Monday, February 5, 2024. We interpreted your request to be made under the Nebraska Public Records Statutes, Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 84-712 through 84-712.09. Specifically, you requested the following:
I'd like a digital copy of the most recent state voter rolls.
It is the practice of our office to require a new voter file affidavit and fee annually. Our records indicate that your previous affidavit with our office was submitted on September 30, 2022. Please submit a new request form found on our website at https://sos.nebraska.gov/elections/voter-file-requests. The cost of the file is $500 and can be purchased with cash or check/money order made payable to the Secretary of State. While I wait for a reply, among other things, I’m working on writing my own election integrity bill.
In other important news…
…you should probably watch this 25 min video (click image to watch), send it to your local sheriff, and ask him if he’s seen it:

…and see this (below), from my friends at The Fruited Plain. They sent it with this caption: “Biggest play in the game! Space Force takes the field.”

Last but not least, I posted this after the game last night (I’m well aware these games cam be rigged, just like our elections):
We’re in a race. One that’s more like a marathon than a sprint. Let’s pace ourselves, and get ready for a more simple, God-inspired life.
May God bless, as we wait upon Him,

Great job again!
Robert have you seen the election integrity bill written by Dr. Naomi Wolf, and a team of attorneys. In my opinion it is a thing of beauty.
