Nebraska’s own great Patriot Street Fighter, Penny Stephens (Patriot Penny), recently brought the following proposed piece of garbage “legislation” (lawfare) to my attention:
Sec. 2. The Secretary of State shall provide a report electronically to the Legislature on or before December 31 of each presidential election year regarding reported threats to or acts of harassment of the Secretary of State, any employee of the election division of the office of the Secretary of State, any election commissioner, any county clerk, any employee of an election commissioner or county clerk, or any person assisting in the conduct of an election pursuant to the Election Act at the request or direction of an election commissioner or county clerk. The report shall include information about instances known to the Secretary of State of deep fakes as defined in section 6 of this act regarding any person listed in this section having been disseminated to provide misinformation about an election. LB1390
(Click on the bill number and read Sec 6 about “deep fakes.” This whole bill is about as unconstitutional as it gets.)
Penny prefaced the above citation with this great introduction:

Now then, I’ve been working on my own scathing rebuke of these treasonous traitors who wrote and sponsored this bill. (Bostar, Bosn, Wayne)
But “something” has been holding me back. And that something is a desire to do what I do in God’s strength and wisdom and timing and not my own.
So I’ve given myself to prayer. And as I prayed this morning, certain keywords came to me that led me to certain passages of Scripture. The first was 2 Chronicles 20:1-30 (please read) and the other, Exodus 14:13 (below):
And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.
Now, I’m not touting these passages as words from God for our present time. What I’m touting is that God is our strength and our very present help for our present time. And it is incumbent upon us to regularly draw upon that strength through prayer (waiting on God) and fasting, so we do the right thing at the right time. I want my steps ordered by Him.
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psa 46:1
Nor am I touting the idea that we don’t/won’t have to fight, as the Spirit of the Lord told Jehoshaphat in the 2nd Chronicles passage above. What I’m saying is, we need to fight in His strength.
For thou hast girded me with strength unto the battle: thou hast subdued under me those that rose up against me. (Psa 18:39)
If Nebraska is going to be saved from these traitors, it’s going to have to be Nebraska citizen Patriots doing the saving (in God’s strength, of course), not the uniparty, not the Republican Party, and certainly not the unipartyunicameral. (The same goes for every other State in the union.)
Nebraska’s SoS and uniparty unicameral do NOT want us to have fair, honest, transparent and verifiable elections.
It’s time to get real. Are we going to “mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor” for the right to live freely and worship and serve God, or not??
Are we going to make ourselves right and appeal to “the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions,” or not??

Kari Lake just released a recording wherein the AZ Republican Party Chair tried to bribe her. She basically said she would die first before she would sell her soul. Not for a billion would she do it. Listen here. It’s 10 minutes. And pay attention at the 9:30 mark:

It all comes to a head this year. The best thing for us to do to be ready is to pray and fast (and obey as He leads).
Jesus didn’t say, “If you fast…,” He said “When you fast…”

So, if we as citizens demand the accountability that should be part and parcel of the oath of office of each official, then we land on a report from the SoS? And what, pray tell me, defines 'harassment'? Could it be continually calling and e-mailing them and demanding (because that is our right) written and verifiable election results?
Who introduced this crap?

Uh huh. And what (and more importantly WHOM) defines 'misinformation?' Because it was 'misinformation' that the ESS machines were not secure and they were hackable.....until it wasn't anymore. It was 'misinformation' that the 2020 presidential election was stolen by Zuck bucks, ballot harvesting/stuffing and outright election fraud officials are various levels....until it wasn't. After video and forensic EVIDENCE came to light about these practices and people were actually prosecuted for election fraud. Not that it was widely reported at all.
So Nebraska now seeks to give the people who have a vested interest maintaining power the last word in election integrity. This law seeks to create a 'Nebraska Ministry of Truth' that not only arbitrates what truth is, but punishes anyone who dares to continually question that 'truth.'
