First up is this response by Leigh Anne Trausch to what Eric Underwood wrote here:

Eric and Fanchon,

Talking about social justice without overhauling Nebraska's election process is like a passenger of the Titanic complaining about a splinter while the ship is sinking.

Elections are so important that, just like Metallica's song states, "Nothing Else Matters.” The Band-Aid over the gaping wound that you wrote about in your Coffee w/ the Chairman email ("hand audits" with observers) is ludicrous.  Georgia did "hand audits" following the 2020 election and didn't find any major discrepancies...and we all saw 2000 Mules.  You can "hand audit" fraudulent ballots all day long and the count will match. In fact, that's what Evnen and Bena are counting on so they can keep their election stealing weapons of war.  You're playing right into their hand and walking Nebraskans off the cliff.

You’re misleading the People of Nebraska with pretty words and lies.

It's time for the NEGOP to enact some real change.  Get rid of all machines.  Hand count at the precinct level.  Vote only in person the day of election.  End of story.  Anything less is unacceptable. If this isn't something that occurs, then the NEGOP needs to go the way of the dodo bird.  Until then, #StarveTheNEGOP and #NoMoneyToWINRED will be my rallying cry.

Additionally, if President Trump is kept off of Nebraska's ballot in the upcoming election as Ivan Raiklin states may happen, you will be held responsible not only for the destruction of the United States but for Nebraska.  #BeBest

Freedom cannot exist without a free press and free elections.

Few laws are required to preserve freedom when honest people of good morality are in charge.  It is not possible to write enough laws to ensure freedom when others are in charge.

It is not whether God is on our side, it’s whether we are on his.  Can God restore our freedom?  You bet.  God can do anything.  Keep praying.

P.S. Okay. Below is what I sent this morning to ALL the usual, by-and-large pretenders in our government:

Subject: state and county election officials (and county boards) continue their racketeering enterprise

Dear Mike Foley, Citizen People of our State and other Public "Officials"-

We still don't have an answer to the huge ballot count discrepancies between the Lancaster County 2020 General Election Mandatory Manual Audit counts and the respective Machine counts, but let me set that aside for a moment and introduce another issue first.

My latest on the corruption flowing out of our SoS and county election offices, which no one in any branch or subdivision of our state government (or R party leadership position) is confronting or calling out, let alone prosecuting, is the following:

State law requires that all county election expenses "shall be an apportioned county expense and shall not be chargeable to other political subdivisions."

Nebraska Revised Statute 32-1201.
Costs of election; payment; county expense.
The county board shall draw warrants in payment of all bills submitted by the election commissioner or county clerk related to the cost of any election conducted by the office of the election commissioner or county clerk. … and the cost of elections for county, state, and federal governments SHALL BE AN APPORTIONED COUNTY EXPENSE AND SHALL NOT BE CHARGEABLE TO OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS.

Did you catch that?? The cost of elections for county, state and federal governments shall be an apportioned COUNTY EXPENSE and SHALL NOT BE CHARGEABLE TO OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS. 

Charging other counties, i.e., other political subdivisions, is exactly what Evnen and Bena have been doing!! Many of our counties can’t afford the expense of their "voting" machines and the associated maintenance. Evnen and Bena are pushing that expense off on other, richer counties.

Centralized election power that refuses to be transparent and verifiable is severely corrupted power, and it's power that lies at the foundation of our Republic. A Republic cannot long stand this kind of corruption. 

This power permeates our SoS and county election offices. 

When are we going to wake up?

Back to the audits. This will be short.

The Lancaster County 2020 General Election machine counts for Precincts 1A and 9F-10 were 645 ballots and 606 ballots respectively. The respective Manual ballot counts were 313 and 322 respectively. 

We've got a huge problem here. 

Mr. Foley, can you help?? Evnen refuses to. Does Nebraska have a government that serves the People or serves themselves?? Obviously it's the latter.

One last thing. I have another item to add to the list below, the most grievous of which is the fact that Bena doesn't maintain a list of everyone who voted in a given election.

The additional item is that Bena can't tell me how many ballots go to adjudication in a given election, and for which race, or races. Folding ballots can cause huge issues for the machines. But that isn't the only reason ballots end up in adjudication (resolution).

We'll keep sounding the alarm until "government" either does their job or enough People get irate enough to "throw them out of town on a rail."

We the People are the rightful sovereigns, and more and more of us are waking up every day.
