Here is my 5 min “spiel” before the Lancaster County Board of Communists yesterday (click image):

My opening remark was in response to testimony earlier in the meeting by a land owner who was defending his “right” to stick a money-making cell tower on his land (land he didn’t live on). His neighbors were opposed to the tower. They didn’t want the radiation. His defense was: “I guess 30 years ago, I didn’t know I was buying a piece of property that isn’t really mine.” (Listen here.) Nevermind that no one has an absolute right to do whatever they want with their land. This guy was all about himself and the money he was going to get from the cell company.

At any rate, I compared his “right” to our voting rights. The Board approved of his “right” to put up the tower, but they still haven’t approved of the right of We the People to exercise our elective franchise in a way that verifies our votes actually count. How pathetic. How communistic.

The new negop doesn’t get it. They’ve continued the same subversive narratives of the old negop.

What am I talking about?

I’m talking about the Nebraska unicameral legislature that deprives our counties of representation.

Years back, Nebraskans were conned into getting rid of their State Senate (which represented our counties) and turning their State House (representation by population) into a new Senate.

That move put all the representation for the State into the two corrupt urban areas of Lincoln and Omaha.

The rest of the People of the State were then demoted to the "Second House" by both Republicans and Democrats. See here from the negop: https://ne.gop/2nd-house/

I have news. “We, the people” are NOT the "Second House." Nothing is further from the truth.

“We, the people” sit at the TOP of State government, with OUR Constitutions, not in some quasi "Second House."

“We, the people” are the ultimate sovereigns, under God.

”We, the people, grateful to Almighty God for our freedom, do ordain and establish the following declaration of rights and frame of government, as the Constitution of the State of Nebraska.”

The entire frame of government is only instituted by Consent of THE PEOPLE.

Without the People’s Consent, no power is delegated to any “government.”

Statement of rights.
All persons are by nature free and independent, and have certain inherent and inalienable rights; among these are life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, and the right to keep and bear arms for security or defense of self, family, home, and others . . . and such rights shall not be denied or infringed by the state or any subdivision thereof. To secure these rights, and the protection of property, governments are instituted among people, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.

There is no fundamental difference between the two parties. Both parties deprive We, the people of our rightful place.

Both parties have lost their way.

No where is that more evident than in the fact that the leadership of both parties approve of mail-in voting and black box vote tabulation, aka vote-count manipulation. (Silence IS consent.)

Hence the name Uniparty.

It does no good to say to willful deaf ears that mail-in voting is the dumbest thing ever, but I’ll say it anyway, because it’s God’s way of holding people accountable:

Yet if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul. (Eze 3:19)

With mail-in “voting” and black box “counting,” Nebraskans don’t have a voice and the parties are useless.
