a short rant

Dear Friends,

Sorry. I’ve been very busy…writing “FOIA” requests and fighting government corruption.

I’ve been granted a formal hearing on the 19th that anyone can attend. It’s over a HAVA (Help America Vote Act) complaint I filed back in October. I’ll share details in the very near future. It would be great if we could fill the room. And if there are those who would like to add their two cents to my testimony, that would be great. My complaint was over the fact that we have no functional public “manual audit capacity,” as required by HAVA. Needless to say, I’ve been working hard on my “statement.”

Because of that hard work, I woke up early this morning with “thoughts” on my mind. I decided to get up and share them here:

We have consent of ES&S.

Nebraska doesn't have government of, by and for the People.

We have government of, by and for a crooked, private company called ES&S.

Our Legislature totally screwed us and gave the Secretary tyrannical control.
Of course, our Secretary didn't have to oblige them, but the one we have now was more than happy to do so. He completely hijacked our sovereign county elections, per:

Nebraska Revised Statute 32-201.
Disputed points of election law; Secretary of State; duties.
The Secretary of State shall decide disputed points of election law. The decisions shall have the force of law until changed by the courts.

Once again, the right of voting is the right that secures all other rights. Take away that right and we are reduced to slaves. For all intents and purposes, that right has been taken away. The facade of an election is not the same thing as an election.

This is how nations are taken down without firing a shot. By slowly cooking the frog with fake and ever-worsening "elections." It's only a matter of time. We have no control over our elections. There is no public transparency or verifiability.

A private company of unknown ownership counts our votes using secret software.

It's not who votes, but who counts the votes.

Back to the top. We are not without remedy. A law repugnant to our Constitution is null and void. When the courts and the executive branch are too corrupt to render that law null and void, the job falls to We the People.

Someone said, we’re not in continuity of government, we’re in continuity of the governed. Fair enough. But why can’t it be both? Why does it have to be one or the other?

Back to We the People. It is written in the blood of all true God-fearing and Liberty-loving Americans that all men are created equal—not that some men are created to be kings and queens while other are created to be serfs and servants.

Granted, some "men" will still assume the role of serf because they are not men but mice. They have no courage nor dignity. They prefer to sell their souls for a morsel of bread. They will suck at the teat of big government every chance they can get, able-bodied though they are.

So be it. A day of reckoning is coming:

When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats… (Mat 25:31-32)

Don’t forget. Life (on this earth) is but a vapor:

Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake. Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets. (Luk 6:22-23)
