a SD female county election official confronts ES&S

Dear Friends,

I just sent the following letter to the state and every county, under the above title:

Dear Friends and "Public Servants"-

South Dakota state "government" uses ES&S to manage their "election" s-elections just like Nebraska—and lots of South Dakotans aren't happy about it, including Leah Anderson.

Leah Anderson is the election official for the largest county in South Dakota—Minnehaha County. In South Dakota, they call their county election officials Auditors. Ms. Anderson takes her oath and her job as a public servant very seriously. She was part of a South Dakota contingent that recently paid a visit to ES&S in Omaha. She was the only SD Auditor in the group. Newly "elected" Secretary of State Monae Johnson was also part of that contingent.

Below is a portion of the dialogue that was captured between Ms. Anderson and ES&S Senior Vice President of Security, Chris Wlaschin, (who wasn't smart enough to avoid having his conversation recorded).

Ms. Anderson:
"I think the people are rightly concerned because we haven't done a service to the people to have that process [a post-election audit], so people are questioning. The other part of that that comes up in my mind--and I realize I'm new, but I've been digging into this for a good year and a half before I ran for office--is the issue with cast vote records. So I want to know, is there anything proprietary about the cast vote records? ...and there has been conversation that ES&S told our state, prior to Monae, that those records were proprietary."

Mr. Wlaschin: 
"Our machines, our tabulators do produce cast vote records.
"There's nothing in the cast vote record that I am aware of that is proprietary. Nothing that we would want to protect.
"What it is [a cast vote record]? Imagine if you could visualize a spreadsheet that shows every ballot that was counted ... It's not linked to a voter in any way. ... It is a spreadsheet of the tally that the machine created when it counted those ballots.
"...the last part of your question with ES&S telling the previous Secretary of State and their staff that these records do not exist or are not available. I have asked everybody that I know that's connected with South Dakota business in our company if we made a statement like that, and the answer is no. ES&S did not advise the previous Secretary of State and their staff that these records do not exist or [are] not available, so I think there was a miscommunication."   

Ms. Anderson:
"The auditors don't have a clue what a cast vote record is, what an audit log is, what--if they have one or don't have one or how to even figure out if they have it. They don't know. And so I think there's a lack of training which brings up another question I'll have later is getting better training, not just--I know we have our upcoming fall training for the auditors, but I want extensive training from ES&S directly for my employees and myself because everyone that's in there, except for one person, started in 2020. And I'm new. And they were not comfortable with running the elections for 2022."

I can provide the entire transcript to anyone who wants it. 93 pages. Double-spaced. The brief description attached to the transcript by the SD election integrity group reads as follows:

"This is a professionally transcribed document of an audio recording of the June 16, 2023 ES&S Task Force meeting between the South Dakota Secretary of State and her delegation with ES&S Executives at ES&S headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska.  ES&S Executives state the following:  1) YES, their machines make CVRS.  2) The CVRs are not proprietary  3) The CVRS do NOT identify a voter  4) The CVRS are ALWAYS 100% AVAILABLE  5) ES&S has never said to anyone in South Dakota that the CVRS are not available.  6) The COUNTY OWNS THE DATA   7) No one knows why the ballot image function was shut off in SD.  This is not against the law as the SOS office has been saying for years.  This is their words in black and white."

It's obvious that Evnen and Bena have been lying to Nebraskans. The only reason Nebraskans can't get their CVRs, that they pay for, and that are necessarily created by the "tabulators" in the course of "tallying" our votes, is that Evnen and Bena don't want Nebraskans to have hard evidence of the election fraud they are committing. But, we don't need the "hard evidence." Anyone with half a brain knows that their refusal to be transparent is prima facie evidence that they are hiding something. That something can only be election fraud.

Closing Thoughts
No proclaimed elected official on this list can point to an audit or real canvass of the "vote" that got them "elected" ... because one was never done.

What bank teller takes the word of a depositor?

We the People are the teller. Evnen and Bena are the depositors who want to hand us a bag of votes and tell us what the count is, and demand that we simply believe them. Rubbish.

Our votes are worth much more than money. They need to be counted with transparency and integrity.

Because we have no evidence that any alleged public servant on this list was ever actually elected, I will, from this time forward, refer to you as fakers, pretenders and cowards, selected by the swamp, through secret black box vote count manipulation, precisely because you are...cowards, and/or corrupt. 

Kathleen Kauth's plan to watch the hand audits of a few precincts (referenced here) will do absolutely no good whatsoever.

Nothing is more evil than stealing the means by which a civil society is maintained—the integrity of our votes. Or staying quiet about it.

Judgment day is coming.

P.S. Nebraska isn't alone in this fight. This fight spans the entire breadth and width of the country. When Trump comes back, he will drain the swamp using all the resources at his disposal, now that everyone who is part of it has outed themselves as traitors.
