a response from outstate

Dear Friends,

Today’s edition comes by way of a response I received recently from a friend in outstate Nebraska.

By way of introduction, I thought the response made lots of sense. It’s at least thought-provoking. Maybe the party is already moving this way? I don’t know. What I do know is that it was utterly ridiculous for the party to endorse Evnen for a second term. That’s enough to flush the party down the toilet right there. So much hangs on our elections, and he’s been doing such a terrible job with them. He can’t even keep track of all the ballots (see here—and thanks Penny!), nor of who voted.

Rewarding people for poor performance is a really bad idea. The party needs to find good candidates, and not leave it up to Ricketts and big money, if they want to survive.

I suppose it IS Republicans at fault here, but then, you know Democrats
cannot win in Nebraska unless they run on a Republican Ticket.

Maybe our Party is making wrong choices about who we allow to run on a
Republican ticket.  Anyone can mark the square saying they are against
abortions.

What are the regulations or rules to get on the list to run? Does a
runner have to know the State and/or Federal Constitutions?  Is a
runner worthy and are they Checked out for lawsuits being held or what
their backgrounds are?  What about patriotism? Truthfulness?  Were
they in the Military?  Do they believe in GOD?

We cannot allow basement runners. They MUST attend debates or they are
OUT.  Biden ran from his basement and so did Pillen. That was a flag up
that he knew his win was by cheating.  Why was he afraid to debate?  Cuz
he knew he could not answer the questions.  How many people attended his
gatherings?  Not enough in my opinion, to get that many votes to
win.  And yes, we know about the machines.  All the more reason we
must make sure Democrats do not get on the ballot as Republicans.   He
knew his win would be by cheating and he has the balls to be proud of
his win!

We have way too many people in Nebraska who vote by Party, not by person-worthy.   And most of all we need to Educate the Voters about Primary
Election just as important as General Elections.

And we need GOP rules that allow We the People to "early end" a term
when they show they really are not able to handle being a representative
of We the People.

Our Nebraska Elections are a joke that is NOT funny anymore.

Liberal.  And I question the one now.

Thank you for the education you send us through your research. I hope it
ruffles the feathers of many and shames those who have intentionally
screwed with our laws and us.

One last thing before I sign off.

Didn’t Evnen go around telling everyone that counties uploaded their election results directly to the Secretary of State’s website? If he did say that, it’s not true and I can prove it. He might make it look that way, but there’s a private third party involved. Just look at the URL here. Plus, I have the contract with the private third party and their TotalVote application.

If anyone has specific recollection of Evnen saying that election results are uploaded directly to his website, please let me know. I filed a Public Records Request yesterday for a copy of the Certification by which the private third party application provider is able to handle our election results, assuming they must have one. We shall see.

That’s it. Have a great weekend. I don’t know if I’ll be writing this weekend or not. I have a couple of activities to attend. I also need to attend to prayer. It’s the only way to keep one’s strength up while in this battle, or any other battle, for that matter.
