S-elected Officials-

Regarding the above subjects, in that order:

South Dakota Supermom Jessica Pollema.
Background: South Dakota election subversives use ES&S for their secret vote counts, just like Nebraska election subversives do. South Dakotans are more than irate about it.

Jessica recently pounded one of South Dakota's county commissioners over election maladministration. Here's a quote:

Sadly, the voter roll system seems to be the only computerized data base in the history of the modern world that has no daily back up taken, so one cannot request a back dated voter roll.  There is no accurate voter list available for any election day in the state.  It’s a shame that we can’t go back and get the same data to review it.

Not to put words in Jessica's mouth, but that's a "call to arms" right there. With precise rhetoric like that, I wouldn't be surprised to see what amounts to a very real fight against "taxation without representation" turn into a modern day anti-selection machine "Tea Party" at a harbor near you.

Only fools mess with the very foundation of our liberty and constitutional republic. Lots of People are willing to die for the Cause.

Jessica Pollema is your modern day female version of Samuel Adams. Read more of her response to the lame commissioner here. Jessica doesn't beg—Owners of Rights don't beg their servants to do their job—they demand. Jessica simply demands that public servants do their job. 

Word has it the lame commissioner that engaged her is "super pissed off today!!" 

GOOD!!! We need to piss off a lot more of them. Save one or two, they are all violating their oath. They are all traitors who refuse to protect We the People over corporations and corrupt election officials. It doesn't matter to them one iota that We the People can't watch the tally of our own votes, by which We are supposed to decide who gets our Consent to govern. It's nothing short of criminal.

There aren't many options left when the People can't peacefully give and withhold real, honest, verifiable Consent, as is our God-given Right.

I asked Todd recently, in a formal records request, for the process by which he ensures election results are accurate and free from error, given the capacity of ES&S's secret vote-counting software to manipulate election results. He couldn't provide one. In other words, he has no process in place for guaranteeing error-free, accurate results, as required by law. 

No surprise. I just wanted him on the record.

Todd's basically saying, "I'm just here for the money." In other words, he's just a hireling. He has no loyalty to the People and their God-given Rights. 

Todd demonstrated how lousy his training was recently when Deputy Secretary Bena had to come to his defense at a local Board of Commissioners meeting. Here's a grown man, appointed by the "governor," who wouldn't at least try to defend himself first and/or show some good faith. How sad. Bena had to do all the talking. And no one was allowed to engage either one of them. 

Bena regurgitated his propaganda for 30 minutes, while Wiltgen just stood quietly by. After he was done, the commissioners asked a few stupid softball questions. Then they left. Leaving behind many People who were also there to have their voices heard, several of which were not allowed because of "time constraints." 

Wiltgen didn't look back. He had no interest in thinking for himself, or listening and trying to actually help the situation. Just in protecting his own butt, and doing the bidding of the SoS office and ES&S.

Who wants to trust their vote to him??????

Over 90% of our 93 county election officials are registered Republicans, and not one of them is willing to stand up to Evnen, per their oath, and do the right thing on behalf of the People of their County.

Every election official in the state, from the top down, refuses to abide by Revised Statute 32-102 which requires that our election act "...be liberally construed so that the will of the registered voters is not defeated..." Instead, they all insist on construing our election act so that the WILL OF ES&S is not defeated. They are all in bed with the wrong fellows. They are all controlled by corporate interests that conflict with the will of the People.

Senator Steve Erdman.
Steve put out an article saying we are stuck with ES&S for several more years—more years than are left on the current contract, which expires in 2027. Senator Erdman obviously didn't read the contract (maybe he has by now??). We could easily get rid of ES&S with one simple act of the Legislature. The contract specifically states, on "Page 7":

The State may terminate the Contract immediately for the following reasons: 
a. if directed to do so by statute; 

The Simple Act?
No more electronics in the vote-counting process. (Cameras overhead to record it? Sure.) No more internet-based voter rolls. Decentralize elections and voter rolls. County sovereignty. County expense. Want lower taxes? Participate.

But none of this will happen, not without being forced. Everyone "serving" is either too corrupt or too weak.

But the party? 

The party doesn't talk about any of the above. The party still talks like we are having real elections. The party isn't willing to vet candidates and separate the sheep from the goats, or the fighters for Liberty from the ill motivated. The chairman won't even allow the censoring of members. But he does give himself the privilege of censor the censors. Go figure. (That's called contradicting yourself. That's called, Rules for thee but not for me.)

Playing nice doesn't cut it. Real servants don’t need to be asked to do their job. They just do it. No one currently in office considers themselves a public servant. Rather, they consider themselves public bosses. Hence, the strong voice and arm must come.

Closing
Things are heating up in the corrupt "voting machine" world. Smartmatic has been outed for bribing officials in the Philippines and fixing their elections. Smartmatic, ES&S and Dominion all share the same software. The case is in the US courts. 

We the People will win, one way or another.

Some people got excited over my use of the word "retarded." They relate it to the mentally disabled, who are not so by choice. How dumb.
I used the term on purpose. I use a dictionary constantly. Every word has a semantic range. The particular meaning is determined by the context.
Given the context I used the word in, I wasn't referring to mentally disabled people (obviously), but rather to "very stupid or foolish" people, and willfully so. Therefore, I'll say it again, our government is, by and large, retarded.
