Dear Friends,
Let me start by stating what is obvious to most of you. Lancaster County is the seat of NE state government. The relatively new governor-appointed election official for Lancaster County is Todd Wiltgen.
Now then, Todd tried to show his prowess in his new job last July at a county board meeting when he stated the following:
”according to state law there are three records that I can provide following an election, and that is I can provide a uh for public inspection the sign-in register at the polling location I can provide a report of early vote and then I can provide the results.”
Listen here or below (Todd is on the left, deputy secretary Wayne Bena is on the right):
Really, Todd?? You think you can provide us with election results just because state law allows you to?? How clueless can you get??
Todd is obviously in way over his head.
Not only is NE statutory law NOT immutable, statutory election law is filled with degenerate lawfare. It is NOT written to serve and protect the constitutional rights of We the People, it is written to serve lazy election officials and their partnership with a private, secret, politically-motivated and highly profit-driven blackbox “vote-counting” corporation (presently called ES&S).
The rights of We the People come last.
Scratch that. The rights of We the People don’t come at all.
It doesn’t matter what other rights appear to still be intact, without the right of voting, and I mean real voting, where everything but the secret ballot is transparent and verifiably honest and accurate, we are living under tyranny.
I said all of that to introduce you to the following exchange I had with Todd yesterday.
It came about because I filed the following Public Records Request a week ago. My intent was to test Todd’s competency.
I received Todd’s response yesterday morning:
I fired back shortly thereafter:
And that was the end of it. I assume, anyway. All I know is I got what I wanted. Verification from his own mouth of his incompetence.
Let facts be submitted to a candid world:
Canvassing the vote, which is defined as the careful, systematic and accurate accounting for every ballot and every vote, is meaningless, because our SoS has decided that secret ES&S blackbox tabulators must take the place of citizens and their watchfulness. (What you may not know is that ES&S personnel are on site to monitor tabulation, because the tabulators are junk and often break down and county officials don’t know how to deal with it.)
Obviously, ES&S can game the system.
But so can election officials, given that election day is no longer election day but election months (plural) and “provisional ballots” can drop out of the sky at any time,
On that note, I found the following story interesting:
closing
There is no government of, by and for the People when We the People have no control over our elections and we aren’t even allowed to watch in any way that is meaningful.
There is no peaceful transfer of power without transparent and verifiably accurate elections.
Without a transparent and verifiably accurate election this fall, there will be no peaceful transfer of power.
We pray for God’s intervention.

😠😔😣😠. The problem with elections is that too many people trust the system. Few ask questions and, it seems, even fewer care about the outcome. We vote, votes are inaccurately “counted”, and no one is held accountable for fraud! Honestly, it seems our only corrective action is to pray fervently that God will act to restore justice in this process. Until then, deceit and incompetence reigns. 😔😞😢
Our corrupt form of government here in Nebraska has been going on since our first settlers started developing Omaha and Lincoln. I’m thankful people are starting to see the criminals live among us. Neighbors, teachers, doctors and law enforcement. All the criminals have been sucked into the matrix. And many of us remain caught up in the propaganda and don’t even realize it.
We the People MUST REPENT!
